The Beautiful Man

She was walking through the meadow, alone at last. She missed the beautiful flowers that seemed to be her guardians through the hard times. She looked up to the tips of the trees to see the sun saying its last goodbye for the day. She turned and stopped suddenly, seeing a man. She was the only one to ever come to this part of the forest, or so she thought. She studied him closely. He was looking up to the darkening sky, his long, dark hair cascading around his shoulders like a soft blanket. He looked at her with those brown eyes of his, brown like the bark of a tree blooming in springtime. He started walking towards her with such grace, it was as if he were floating. She thought of him as an angel, but as he got closer to her, she knew he wasn't. He wrapped his arm around her waist and suddenly she felt she was a mouse held captive by a snake. He was much taller than her, which made him even more intimidating. Come with me, she heard in her head and knew it was his voice. She did not know how he got in her head, but she did know she would go with him. He grabbed her hand and they walked into the forest, her and the beautiful man.

This was a school assignment I had to do. We had to write a descriptive paragraph on anything we wanted but it had to have figurative language. How did I do?
