~Starfire’s POV~

‘Where….Where am I’

‘Oh good, you’re awake’

‘Raven?’

‘The one and only’

‘How long have I been out for?’

‘3 days straight. Your energy had been sucked out of you completely. Robin carried you back to base and has been taking care of you ever since. He wouldn’t let anyone touch or take care of you, except for him’

‘Oh. I had no idea’

‘Well time to wake up princess. Your knight in shining armor awaits’

Raven disconnected and my mind focused back into reality. I was leaning against someone. I opened my eyes, and looked up. All I saw was Robin’s beautiful face, sleeping peacefully. He was holding me, soft and gently. His cape was around the both of us.

I wanted to stay like this forever. But I had to get up eventually. Oh well, 5 more minutes couldn’t hurt. I snuggled close to Robin, his body and cape keeping me warm. He said his cape was made up of titanium, but it was soft, and warm. I glanced back up at Robin. His mask was still on. He never takes it off. I wanted to see his eyes so much. I wanted to rip his mask off and look at his eyes, but I didn’t.

His body smelt of the cologne I had gotten him for his birthday. I didn’t even noticed he used it until now. He smelt amazing.

“Robin. Let’s stay like this forever,” I whispered ever so softly.

Robin gave a subtle smile in his sleep. I wonder what he was dreaming about…

“Hmm….Star?” Robin said sleepily.

“Yes Robin. I am here,” I answered, as I snuggled closer to his warm body.

Robin’s eyes shot open and looked down at me. I quickly closed my eyes so he thought I was sleeping. I opened one eye, and saw him smiling down at me, waiting for me to get up. He looked lost in his thoughts. This was my chance.

I shot up quickly, catching Robin by surprise. He fell over, and I was on top of him. I kissed him passionately, and he kissed me back. He became possessive over me and started to take control over the kiss. We flipped over, him now on top of me. I put my arms around his neck, and tugged his jet black hair. I wanted the kiss to last forever. He got up, put his hands on my hips, and pulled me close to him. We kissed and kissed until we ran out breath. I loved him so much. I wanted us to be together forever

“Star…” he gasped.

“It’s good to be back” I said with a breathy tone, as I kissed his lips just once.

He smiled, and picked me up bridal style. My cheeks turned pink, and he gave a seductive smirk.

“Robin?! What are you-“

He suddenly spinned me around, until I was dizzy, and carried me out to the living room. Everyone else seemed to be preoccupied. Beast Boy and Cyborg fighting about what to eat, as usual, and Raven meditating, with a sly smile on her face. Oh no…she probably was in someone’s thoughts right now.

Robin set me down on the couch upright. As I got up, I fell over, but Robin caught me, at the perfect time.

“Let’s go to the roof, shall we” Robin said with a wink.

I nodded and he picked me up again, and carried me up to the roof.

It was night time, and there was so many stars in the sky. I stared in awe at the brilliant twinkling stars.
