The last straw

The burning pain speeding across my face was increasing. Chloe had just finished talking about how she's better than everybody and the she decided to talk about me... I kept my cool until I said " Atleast I don't hide behind my dad when something doesn't go my way!" She became infuriated and she started punching and slapping me in my face. No one was there when she abused me but I had had enough. I tripped her and slapped her in her face and said " YOU HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE, WHAT KIND OF PERSON ARE YOU!?"
I was going to say more but I was distracted by someone calling my name with anger.
MARINETTE?! Adrien yelled
" JUST BECAUSE CHLOE IS RUDE DOESN'T MEAN THAT YOU SHOULD ABUSE HER! Adrien yelled in anger
" WHAT?! DID YOU NOT JUST SEE WHAT HAPPENED!"
Marinette tried to yell back but she was cut off.
"YOU'RE THE ONE WHO HAS NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE!" He yelled
Marinette had had enough... finally she yelled " CHLOE JUST FINISHED BEATING ME UP ADRIEN AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE BLOOD AND BRUISES ON MY FACE AND CHEST! I WAS DEFENDING MYSELF!
Adrien finally realized the blood and bruises all over her and was about to apologize but Marinette had had enough of everything
" Marinette I'm so-
" SAVE IT ADRIEN! IM DONE WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND CHLOE... YOU BOTH DON'T HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR ANYBODY! DON'T EXPECT FOR ME TO FORGIVE YOU!
she yelled trying to hold back tears, then she ran home
" What have I done?" Adrien said to himself
" You stood up to Maritrash for me! Chloe said with her whiny voice
Adrien made a disgusted face at her and yelled
" I HATE YOU CHLOE, NOW I CAN'T CONFESS TO MARINETTE! I DON'T LIKE YOU AND I NEVER WILL!"
He then ran away and disappeared into the city of love...
