10 years later:
"ANGEL! HURRY UP! WE ARE GOING TO BE LATE!" Evangeline's friend, and roommate, Kara, screamed from downstairs. Angel was the nickname she had given to her, since saying Evangeline was getting tiring time after time. "COMING!" Evangeline screamed back. They were supposed to be going to the beach, and Kara had this very specific itinerary. They were supposed to leave at 5:30, but Angel overslept, and now it is 6:17. Two girls yelling and making a ruckus is definitely not a good wake up call for the neighbors.
After minutes of endless waiting for Kara, Evangeline was finally ready to go. They both headed out the door and got into Kara's gray Jeep.Evangeline's birthday was tomorrow and all her friends decided to meet up at the beach to celebrate. They rented a beach house that was only less than a block of walking from the beach. Kara had started driving and was already on the highway. Angel looked over to her friend, concentrated on the road. Kara was beautiful, she had light brown hair with blond highlights and her eyes were more on the hazel side. Whereas Evangeline had black hair and deep brown eyes.
They were just a couple minutes away from the beach and Kara couldn't stop talking about the beach house they had rented. It was bigger than a normal house and all her friends had chipped in. Kara pulled up at the beach and they met up with the rest of their friends. The ocean had waves crashing onto the white dusty sand and they couldn't wait to jump in.
They spent hours at the beach until they decided to head to the beach house. The sun was setting and the sky was watercolored with orange, yellow, and pink. It was the perfect ending to the perfect day. Once they got into the beach house, everyone picked out their rooms and fell asleep.
