On May 20th 1998 Hope Evergreen was brought into the world but for what?
Hope's POV (Year 2001)
"Grandma where are the cookies" I asked puzzled when I saw none in the cookie jar. "There is no more baby girl I'm sorry." Well this is going to be just a terrible day now isn't it.
"Where is mommy?" I wondered as I haven't seen her all day. "Your mother is at her salon in fact she may need my help right now do you want to go see her?"
Once we had arrived at the salon people smiled at how cute I was, I mean I'm like the cutest of all cute ok so I expected it.
"Mommy!" I yell as I spot my mom doing some women's nails. "Honey I love you and am very happy to see you but mommy is busy right now and will have to see you in a little bit ok?"
(Hope's POV One month later)
"This is my boyfriend sweetie we have been dating for awhile and I want your to finally meet him his name is Michael and we will be moving into his house within the next couple of days?" My mother decides to tell me this terrible news while I'm in the middle of building this amazing block castle.
"WHAT!?!! No!! I love living here with grandma and grandpa!" I screamed. This could not be happening. I run over to my grandmas chair and climb up into the chair with her. "I'm staying here!" I yell at her not leaving anything open for discussion.
(Hope's POV Three months later)
Here I am at grandmas house being baby sat it still feels weird not calling this house my home. I go over to my 3 month year old cousin a give her a big kiss on the cheek. I love her so much she is so cute!
(Hope's POV 1 week later)
Not everything is bad here Michael is so nice to me he loves to play with me like dragging me around on a blanket and playing dolls. Everything is going so great I'm so glad we moved in.
There are chickens here that like me a lot they will even let me pick them up. I love to help mommy plant flowers up here in the garden and this house is on a big hill with a few other houses.
(Hope's POV Year 2003)
Right now me and mommy are at the mall in the Disney store I picked out some really cute princess night gowns. Just then something has caught my eye, I spotted it the greatest thing I have seen in my life! A beautiful Dumbo stuffed animal it is love at first sight I need it I go and pick it up then turn around to look for mom I spot her and run over to her.
"Mommy can I pretty pretty please with a cherry on top get this." I beg hugging my new found love. "No you don't need more stuffed animals you have like a hundred." My mom says crushing my poor soul.
"But look how beautiful he is and I don't have any dumbo stuffed animals I need it." I try again. "I said no Hope end of discussion." Ok so she is not going for it being the spoiled 4 year old that I am I do what I'm best at.
I scream really loud and start cry dropping to the floor saying how much I need it. "Fine you can have it!" She yells at me I get up and wipe my tears and give her a big hug.
(Authors note)
I know that the story is starting off so slow but there is not much to tell about her really little childhood it will start to pick up in the next chapter a lot but it will really pick up when Hope gets to be about 3rd grade. Ok thanks for reading the first chapter of "Why me?" for the readers that follow my books you know I'm terrible at updating like really bad but I'm going to try so hard to update as much as possible I promise!
