We were steps away from the office door when poor Sammy decided it was time for another question.
"Miss jones, we are going home, right? Were going to get a family, right?" Miss Jones was getting frustrated and yelled back.
"No you aren't! Now be quiet." At the sudden burst, Emily started to whimpered and cry away from miss Jones but she didn't care. She just grabbed Emily's arm and pulled her along. She hurried us till we got to a brown door. Than she knocked three times before a loud voice told us to come in.
The office was boring, it was plain brown. Everything was brown and old. At the large desk stood Mrs. Halloway, holding folders and looking mean.
"Are this the students that I asked for, Miss Jones", said Mrs. Halloway with no emotions.
"Yes, they are ma'am", replied Miss. Jones."Hmm. Put the boy in the common room and leave him there until the Keller's get here." Mrs. Halloway came around the desk to look at me and Emily and asked,"Which of the two girls is the most best suitable for the job.
"This one." Miss Jones said while putting each her hands in my shoulder."Are you sure? I don't think she'll make it past the first part?" Remarked Mrs. Halloway.
