Wasn't always this way

ch. 2

(Gracie's pov) I was in the front seat looking at the shirt Justice made me. "so, Gracie. What do you like to do?" Christine said trying to start a conversation. "Well... I couldn't do a lot of stuff in the orpahange. But I like to swim, run, play sports and I like to read." "awesome." "so, I have a question. Do you have any other kids?" I asked. "Yes I do. Two of them dont live with me anymore. I have 3 boys that are with me. Hunter, Brandon, and Ashton." "oh." We finally came to a stop. "Here we are." I got out and looked at the house. "Wow. This is a big house." I said sounding stupid. "You can go in and meet the boys. I'll get your stuff." "really? Thank you." I ran up to the steps. I walked inside. I took off my shoes and looked around. Suddenly, this big wolf like dog came up to me and pounced on me. "I see you met Wolf." A boy around maybe my age said. He had brown hair but with a blonde swirl in his hair. "Im Brandon. You must be Lacie i assume." He came towards me. "Gracie. And hi Brandon. Its nice to meet you." Christine came in. "Brandon go get the other two please." He ran upstairs. "Well... I got to back soon. I hope thats ok if you stay with boys." "Im fine with it." "ok. Hunter I got to go! Keep an eye on your brothers please." "k!" Christine left. I just waited. They came down. I saw a dirty blonde hair boy and one of the cutest maybe 10yrs old boy I've ever seen in my life. The taller one came up to me. "Im Hunter. Gracie right?" "yup. Nice to meet you." The youngest one came up to me. "Hi Gracie. Im Ashton." "hi Ashton. Nice to meet you too." "so, Gracie do you want to watch a movie later tonight with us. Its our family night and since your our family now. You can join us." Hunter said. "sure. Id love too."
Later that night, after I was finally settled in my room. Everything almost unpacked. The boys went downstairs. I got changed into my 1d pajamas. I got my matching 1d blanket and pillow. I went downstairs to Hunter in the kitchen making popcorn and the other 2 getting the movie ready. The door bell rang. Hunter got it. I saw a boy with high light brown hair. He followed hunter inside over to me. "Gracie this is Jacob. Jacob this is Gracie." "hi Jacob. Nice to meet you." "you too." "Hope you dont mind that Jacob is watching the movie with us." "oh I dont care. The more the merrier." I said walking in the living room with my blanket and pillow. We sat down in the living room and watched The Maze Runner, The Hunger Games, and Phantom Halo. 3 of my favorite movies. An hour after the last movie was done everyone fell asleep. I didn't have anywhere to put my head and my legs since I was between Jacob and Hunter. I laid my pillow behind Jacobs legs and put my head on his legs and I put my legs and Hunters legs. I fell asleep 5 minutes later.
