A/N: i didnt mean for the last chapter to be in line past tense so sorry about that. from here on out its present tense, so dont get confused when this one is in present tense. ill try and go back and fix the last chapter when i have time.

My brain has completely turned off, and im just sitting there staring at this strange boy. Then he gives a wince and his eyes slowly crack open.

He mouths the word "Help", but he doesn't seem to be able to get his voice to work. This small plea gets my brain back in working order. There is no way this boy will be able to get up, much less walk. I know i'm not strong enough to carry him back into the house, and trying to do so would only cause him more pain.

"Don't worry" i whisper getting an idea "ill be right back," i say getting up "just hang in there" i call over my shoulder as i rush throu the gate and into my back yard. I quickly run over the the shed and pry open the doors. i grab my old toboggan and rush back to the boy. Carefully i pull him onto the toboggan, his legs hang off but it'll have to work. I take the guide rope of the sled and pull him thru the gate and right into our dinning room.

i rush back outside and lock up the gate and then the sliding door i pulled the boy thru. whatever got him might still be out there i think gravely to myself. I carefully kneel back beside the boy. his eyes are still open and he's looking back at me with very intense blue eyes.

"im calling 911, dont worry they'll get here soon and then they can-" im cut off by the boy

"No!...p-please no.... hospital!" He weakly grabs my wrist as if holding me back as he talks. I don't know what it is about him, his intense stare, his panicked voice, or his complete trusting in me. But i feel whatever his reason for not wanting to go to the hospital is, it must be important.

Both my parents are doctors so iv'e picked up a few things living with them. I grab a few blankets and layer them on the floor of our living room. I also grab some towels, our giant first aid kit, and a few bottles of water. I lay it all out with the blankets, then return back to the dinning room, and the boy. I grab him under his arms and awkwardly drag him into the living room, trying not to hurt him in the process.

I lay him out on the blankets and look him over, trying to decide where to start. I pop open the lid of the first aid kit and quickly locate a pair of scissors. I cut off his shirt, now i can see the deep bleeding gash on his chest, this is probably where most of his pain is coming from. I also see the scrapes along his arms, and two large purpling bruises on his stomach. I find some antibacterial spray and spray down the cuts and gash. If he was in the woods it'd be easy for him to get one of the wounds infected. i them dig around for bandaids and start to stop the bleeding, and patch him up.

*************************

It took me about an hour until i was satisfied he wasn't going to fall apart. he had fallen asleep, probably out of exhaustion after fifteen minutes. I was using one of the towel to wipe away the blood i had found splattered on him.

It was strange, how i didn't even know this boys name yet i had possibly just saved him from bleeding to death in the forest.

I studied him as i wiped blood off his face. He was...... not ugly. He had the muscles of a star athlete. he straight blond hair that went to his eyebrows. add on his dreamboat eyes i had seen earlier and he was HOT. He looked to be about sixteen, same age as me. i wonder why i've never seen him in school.

Im so lost in thought i don't notice he's awake. He's watching me.

"Hi." i say. i know its a lame thing to start with, but what else am i supposed to say, i just saved your FREAKING life? i don't think so.

"Hey." He says back, weakly smiling at me.
