The four of us laughed and talked throughout breakfast than we got ready for our jobs. Today was our first day back since the move and none of us were super excited. Except me, I'm always happy to do my job. I'm a YouTuber, I make a good amount of money. Mason's a photographer, he's really great at it, too. I don't know how he can possibly be that good with a camera but apparently he can.

Chass is an animator, she helps me sometimes. She also is an artist. She draws and paints for art galleries and such. Steven is a jewelry maker. He helps some big companies like Kay Jewelers. Steven also has his own company, Loc Torch Jewels. I know, odd name but it's his, he can name it whatever. All of us get some good money for our jobs. All of us together, we get some good money, pretty wealthy, actually.

Steven leaves first, saying goodbye. Then Chass. It's just Mason and I for a bit. I start cleaning up breakfast and Mason helps. Putting the plates in the sink, Mason rinses them and puts them in the dishwasher. After that, I get dressed. I'm recording today, I gotta look good for my 20 million subscribers.

I put on a dress and call that good. I decide to go without makeup but I straighten my hair. As I got my stuff ready for recording, a bunch if stuff fell out of my bag, crashing to the floor. "Woah, are you okay?" Mason laughs, kneeling down to help. "Yeah, I'm fine." I laughed.

After we got everything back in my bag we stand up and laugh. "I'm really clumsy. Thanks for helping." I threw it over my shoulder. "You look amazing today." He surveyed my outfit and how it fit me. "Thanks," I blushed. "So, what's today gonna be?" "I'm recording some Tattletail and some other games. That's really it. Of course I'm editing, too." I smiled at the brown haired boy. "Awesome, I need to shoot a wedding. The normal, I guess."

I went in my recording room and set everything up. As the big lights flickered on, Mason leaned on the door frame. He was wearing a black button up with a red tie and dress pants. His hair was combed and held up with hair gel. In all honesty, he looked amazing. "Hello?" He asked, getting my attention. "What? Yeah?" I stuttered. "Were you checking me out?" "What! No!" My face was a red as a cherry, I assumed.

Mason smirked, "You totally were," I blushed and turned away. "As I was saying, I'm gonna be going now so I wanted to say goodbye." "B-bye Mason..." He smirked and walked out of the room. Moments later, I heard the front door slam shut. I sighed and put my head on the table. Why does he fluster me so much? I thought. This isn't fair. I stood up and got the game running and my recording running. "Meow! Cat here!" I started my long day.

I got my last video edited and I closed everything down. 8:30, the clock read. I sighed and went in the kitchen, starting to make dinner. It was steak. I made everything I needed in the house and put a pie in the oven, apple pie. I went out to the grill for the steaks. As I was cooking them, the front door opens. "What's this amazing smell?" Steven exclaims. "Welcome home, Steven!" I yell in the house. He comes out on the back patio with me.

"Hello Eve, steaks tonight?" He asks, looking over my shoulder. "Yes, indeed." I laugh. "I see the sun soaked up all the water. Tonight would be a great night to eat outside. Maybe a fire." "I was thinking we could do the fire tomorrow, on Taco Tuesday. It'll only add to the unhealthyness but hey, smores are the best." I smiled. "True that."

Steven sat at a table and watched the water. "Where's Mason? This would be a great shot." He stared out in awe. "He's doing a wedding. He should be home soon." "Speaking of weddings, when's yours?" Steven teased. I rolled my eyes, "I don't know," I turned around, smirking, "When's yours?" "Hey! Don't turn this around on me!" We laughed and continued what we were doing.

A loud ring filled our ears. "Steven, can you go get the pie out of the oven? Just put it on the stove, please." I asked. "Yeah." "Thanks!" I got done with the steaks and I brought them inside. "Guess who's here!" A female voice filled the room. "Roxy! Hey!" I smiled. Roxy is another one of our friends, one of the nicest people you can meet. Her actual name is Roxanne but we all call her Roxy for short.

Her hair is dark purple and she has big brown eyes. She's actually very beautiful. "How are you guys? I love the new place. In the middle of nowhere but it's beautiful!" Those brown eyes dart around the house. "I'm doing great, how are you?" I smile. "I'm great. I wanted to come here for dinner." I looked down at the steaks; "Um, it's steaks. You're vegan." "I saw, I brought my own food so it's fine. There's also enough for everyone so there's one more thing to eat." She laughed.

Roxy sat down and we waited for Chass and Mason. Chass walks in. "Hello!" Roxy stands up. "Oh! Roxy's here. What a pleasant surprise! How are you?" The two hug and greet each other. An hour passes and Mason still isn't here. I look at the time; 6:30. "Alrighty, if he isn't here by 7, we're eating without him." I laugh.

We sit and talk for a while then Mason walks in. "Hello, friends!" Mason exclaims. "Well you seem happy." Steven laughs. "Only because I can see the people oh so close to me." He puts his hands on my shoulders. Roxy gasps, "Is Meve a thing?" I roll my eyes. "No, we aren't."

"Anyway, let's get dinner started." I stand up and go to the kitchen. Mason follows me. "What're you doing?" I wash my hands. "I'm helping. Can't you see?" A smile spreads across his face. "What's that fo--" I get cut off by Mason flicking water at me. He laughs, continuing to flick the water at me. "Oh, you wanna play that game? Bring it on." I laugh, moving around the kitchen.

He grabbed a small bowl from the cupboard, filling it with water and dumping it on me. I grabbed a bigger one and did the same. We continued this until I snatched the sprayer from the sink and soaked him. "Hey!" Mason laughed and took it from me. I was about to book it when he grabbed me and soaked me.

"I hate you!" I laughed. He started tickling me, my biggest weakness. "Awe, c'mon! You know you love me." This went on for a little bit until Chass yelled to us; "Alright, enough flirting! We're hungry!" We laughed and cleaned up our mess and set out dinner. The five of us sat down and ate. "What happened? You're soaked!" Steven laughed. "He started it." I pointed to Mason.

"She's the one who sprayed me!" "Alright you two. Any more fighting and you're gonna be sent to your room." Roxy teased. "They share a room. Yeah! Be sent to your room." Chass winked. "Chastity Rowe!" I slammed down my silverware. "Hey, I didn't say anything. All I said is you should be sent to your room." She giggled.

We finished dinner and we got the pie out. After we ate that, we were just hanging out. "Guys, you know what we should do?" Roxy smiled. "What?" Steven asked. "We should watch a scary movie!" The purple haired girl squeaked. "Yes, that would be so much fun." I smiled. Chass and Steven agreed and it was left to Mason. "Um, you know I'm easily scared." He said, quietly.

"Please?" I whined and grabbing his hand. "I don't tolerate whining. You know this." "Just do it! It'll be fun." Chass looked at him, "Plus, you'll have a chance..." Her voice trailed off and she gestured towards me. He rolled his eyes and gave in.
