He's The One

We finished watching the breakfast club, He started crying at the end. 

"Oh my god, are you Jace Hunter crying" I said laughing while trying to speak.

"No, its hay fever" He said while wiping the tears. 

"Mm, sure hay fever from inside the house. " I said smirking 

"Ashley" He said sounding concerned 

"Yeah?" I said confused. 

"Do you live alone?" He said while looking concerned 

I was thinking whether to tell him, I mean we are friends now, and friends should know. 

"Well Yes and no, My dad had business so he's not home much." I say glaring at the window. 

"And your mom?" He said maybe taking it too far "Its fine if you don't" I spoke cutting him off. 

"She's in hospital, she has cancer." I said biting my lower lip.

"Oh, im sorry." he said frowning.

"Its fine, now jace tell me something why are you hanging out with me?" I say confused while biting my lower lip

Jace P.O.V 

"Now jace, tell me something. Why are you hanging out with me?" She said confused, while biting her lower lip, She looks cute when she bites her lip. 

I think I'm falling for her, when she came into school, that day she looked beautiful. 

"Because I. You seem cool." I say nervously. 

Damn I want to tell her the truth, but she probably won't like me. 

"Oh, okay." She said looking a bit disappointed. 

"Can I stay here tonight?" I said blushing. 

"Um, yeah okay." She said biting her lower lip. 

We went upstairs since we had school tomorrow 

We both got into my bed and looked at each other. 

"Ash" I said looking into her beautiful blue eyes. 

"Yeah?" She said looking at my eyes. 

"I love you" I said blushing

"I love you too" She said back which made me smile like crazy. 

We soon fell asleep.

Ashleys P.O.V 

I woke up, I remembered what jace said last night. 

He was lying there on my bed asleep, damn he looked cute. 

I get into the shower, I feel like im being watched. 

I open the shower curtains and I see jace. 

"PERV!"I scream 

"I wasn't perving, I was just noticing how cute you looked in the shower" He said while blushing and smiling. 

"So you like what you see?" I said smirking 

"Yes I do." He said smiling 

I put the towel around my body and go into my room, I really couldn't be bothered with school.

"Skive school with me jace." I say shyly. 

"The good girl wants to skive?" He said sarcastically.

"Shut up" I said while throwing a pillow at him. 

I put on my grey hoodie that had tongues on which represented the rolling stones with some high wasted shorts. 

I put my hair into a messy bun.

"Wow, Ash do you always look this beautiful?" He said smirking

"Whatever" I said smiling like crazy. 

Suddenly I feel hands around my waist, it was jace of course. 

"Come cuddle with me on the sofa" He said doing his puppy eyes.

"Okay, only for a bit then I have to go see my mom in hospital." I said sighing. 

We lay on the coach together 

I was leaning against his shoulder. He was stroking my hair, This to me is the perfect day. 

I love Jace hunter, but I couldn't say it to his face.

I have a text from jade 

Hey ash, I know we have both been busy dating and other stuff, but I want to meet you after school, I miss you! xox 

~Jade xox 

I replied 

Okay, jade meet you at Starbucks, 5:30 your paying for my coffee! Love you xox

Jace looks at me, I look at him we suddenly get caught up in the moment. 

We started kissing, his lip's are so soft We both pulled back.

Nothing said we both fell asleep, until it was 1:30 

"Jace, I have to go see my mom" I say sighing

"Let me come with you" He says while picking me up, and spinning me around

"Okay, But be good!" I say rolling my eyes. 

We get into my car and drive to the hospital.

"Hi mom" I look at her, she looks worse. 

"This is jace mom, the one I told you about" I said staring at my mom.

"Hi M'am, I'm jace your daughter always talks about you" He said smiling.

"Hello jace, you can call me Sophia, I've heard so much about you." She said shaking his hand she started choking

"Mom, MOM!" Her monitor went beep 

"MOM!" Doctors ran in, trying to help her. 

I started crying, while jace pulled me out and started hugging me 

"Shh, Ashley it will be okay." He said trying to calm me down and stroking my hair

"Promise me, you'll never leave me" I say crying. 

"I promise, I will never leave you." He said re assuring me. 

The doctor's came out. 

"I'm sorry, pet your mother has passed..." He said while walking away. 

I sat there staring blankly at the floor, trying not to cry. 

"Ash, please don't cry it hurts me seeing you like this." He said frowning.

"I love you, Jace I really do." I said while sobbing.

"I know, and I love you too, ever since 5th grade" He said which made me blush a very bright red.

We went home jace drived. 

I gave my dad a ring, he didn't answer though, he's too busy so I gave him a voice mail, to call me back.. 

I look at jace, he looked sad.. I go and hug him and he tells me the story.
