*So y'all...THANK GOD WE HAVE GYMNASTICS IN P.E. Pretty much the funest thing we did all school year. But for real though, all my friends is in Coach Land's class(also known as coach).*

Me&Nikima: Yea sure

*Essence got down on the ground and got in position. She lifted her first leg then the second. Nikima and I both got one leg ,and the next thing I know is that Essence is looking at the ceiling like she seen her last flash of life. LOL. *

Essence: AHHH !!!AHHHH!!!!! AHHH!!!! AM I DEAD!!!! JESUS IS THAT YOU!!!!!

*We all fell out on the ground laughing*

Essence: Aye now I'm just making sure.

* We all went to the mat where the girls were doing cartwheels. Essence was finna do one.*

Essence: Imma for warn y'all that I can't do a cartwheel. So you all might want to back up.

* We all backed up. Alexis came up to Essence.*

* Alexis walked off back to where she was. Essence went over to Alexis.*

* Whistle sounded. All the girls went into the locker room. We all changed out and went outside.*
