It just turned four and Harvey dropped me at my door. What a gentlemen. I was right that he the one. Better than my best friend's boyfriends put together. You eat, sleep but, you don't see a harvey everyday!
'So, I will see you around then Jess?' Harvey asked while smiling.
'Yeah, I expect so,' He smiled and kissed my forehead. He put his hands in his coat pockets and wondered down the road. I just watched him disappear into the sunset. Now I had to think of a lie to tell mom. I ran quickly away from the window so, mum doesn't see I'm back. I got my iPhone out and called Clara as I did say to mom that I was going around Clara's anyway. It dialled her number from a few minutes and then she finally picked up. 'Hey, Jess what's up?' Clara's musty voice through thhe phone. 'I need you to do a favour for me please Clara.' She paused for a moment or two.
'Yes Jess, what do you wish for me to do?' She asked in a kind fragile voice. 'Ok, I sorta lyed to my mum and said I was at yours I don't know, doing homework.' She went quiet.
'What you do Jess?' She sounded very curious.
'Ok, I will tell you when I get there. I just don't want my mum to find out thats all.' It makes me sound like a complete jerk but, my mum will never a proved of Harvey. Even though he knows every single insult Shakespeare produced and he goes to a private school does not mean he not right for me. I love Harvey with all my heart and I think by the way he kissed me, he feels the same way.
Clara's pov
Seriously, Jess hiding something. It must mean a awful lot to her. 'Come on then, just as Marina is down stairs and you hqve to say what you saud to your mum. Marina will find out so, we better do this carefully.' I said to warn her about my very determined step~mother. 'Right, on it! I'll be there in a few minutes.' She put the phone down. Then, I got back to my lovely gutiar and songwriting for the competition at school.
Jess' pov
As Clara lives back in classbury forest, where she belongs. Before, the nostence of a new environment. It was down the road from where I live. She was born there and our primary school was in the village. Clara just lives just outside the village in the best place possible. Her Dad got his job back in the camping and residential industry. Clara is I guess happier back where she belongs.
I walk past the Bromaberry sign to Clara's house. We live in a very rural spot and there miles a upon miles of farm fields and the sea. I walk down the narrow path that lead to Clara's house. It was overgrown and everything looked the same. I heard a loud noise like a bark or something and ran for it. I ran as fast as I could and tripped over a stick or a plant and went tumbling down the hill. I couldn't stop and a long way off the path. Now just realising that it was getting dark. I was no way going to sleep in my bed tonight. I heard on the weather forecast this morning that there was going to be a storm tonight. I needed to find shelter quickly or else I was in for it.
