And that leads me to here. A filthy rich 19 year old dropout living in an expensive mansion in Gangnam.
I just received my to-do list, but sadly, there are no women here. All of the family (mob crew) tease me about being a virgin who is almost turning 20. But as I've previously mentioned, I never really talked to women. Any ways, I think that before I continue, I should explain to you how Kultra works.
First, this has to be clear, we are not hit men. Although we do kill, we kill for surviving, not for money. We do not receive any to-kill list, we can't be hired. As any mob, Kultra has a boss, the one who is in charge of everything and everyone. But, the difference is, that we have no idea who the fuck he is. I mean, of course, we have seen him, but not actually him, he wears a mask that has a voice changing device. It's said that he killed his wife because she was in another mob, and she tried to take away his fortune. Talking about wives, Kultra members are not allowed to date. If you want to date, she has to go through examination by the boss. Most of the time, the Boss doesn't like her and she's killed. By the way, every Kultra member has no family. They had to kill them, just like I did. But there's an exception, you see, the Underboss is the Boss's son. The underboss is to take the Boss's place if he dies. We don't know he's name either, but we have seen his face. Kultra's "job" is trafficking illegal weaponry. Unlike Tietra, we don't deal with human trafficking or drug trafficking, our mob thinks that it's too unethical. The one that is not part of the Boss's family is the Consigliere. He acts as an advisor and makes impartial decisions. He works right besides the Boss. The Consigliere is Kichul. He's probably the only member of the mob that is not annoying as fuck.
After the Underboss, there's me, a Capo. The number of capos that a mob has depends on the size of the mob. In Kultra's case, there's 20 capos. Kultra's not that big, which is favorable yet very risky. The key to being a successful capo is making money. The capo keeps some of the money his rackets earn and then passes the rest up to the underboss and boss. Capos work can be divided geographically or by subjects. Most Capos prefer to work by subjects. I'm one of the Boss's best man, and he knows it, along with everyone else, that's why a lot of Capos get jealous of me, since I got promoted so quickly, even though I am one of the newest members, and example of a Capo that is jealous of me is Kim Kun-woo. Since I'm so valued I have 2 subjects, which means I earn even more money. I'm in charge of dealing with transactions and recruiting. When I say transactions I mean that I make the deals official. For example, if someone wants to buy a firearm, I am the one that they seal the deal with. Also, I am the one that chooses who to recruit. I basically kidnap them, just like what they did to me 4 years ago. Then, there's the soldiers. They are at the lowest rank. They are the ones who do all the dirty work. They are also the ones who get killed most often. They don't make that much money either. We have around 50 to 60 soldiers. Capos also get soldiers assigned to them. I had 5, 4 died, so now I have only one. His name is Lee Minkyu. We also have associates. Associates are not exactly part of the mob, but they contribute. We have around 40 associates. This includes bankers, celebrities, gamblers, lawyers, & police officers. Also, a very strong Kultra rule is that we can't kill each other. No soldier is allowed to kill Capo and no Capo and kill the Underboss and so on. Smaller positions can't attack bigger positions. We can only kill them if we are in an extreme situation, for example, if they betrayed Kultra and they're actually a spy or things like that.
You are probably wondering how most of us aren't arrested.
If Kultra does one thing right, it's to be extremely secretive. We do all of our job underground. So although the police is aware of our existence, they can't do anything about since they don't see us.
Each member has to get a tattoo. This is convenient, since when we spot another mafia, we just show them out tattoo and they identify us. The Kultra tattoo consists of a crown that is being surrounded by a dragon. It's pretty fucking cool.
So any ways, as I was saying, I received my to-do list. This list is written by the Boss, analysed by the Consigliere, given to the Underboss, who gives it to the soldiers, and they distribute them to the Capos.
A so called "Park Gwanjae" is meeting us at Suseo-dong to complete the transaction. Whenever a transaction takes place in an urban place I take undercover soldiers with me, but since Suseo-dong is mostly rural, there's no need for undercover. But, what Gwanjae doesn't know is that I know he's a part of Kasai. You see, there's not only Korean mobs in here. In this case, Kasai is Japanese. Their name means fire. This mob settled in Korea not so long ago, maybe 5 years or so. They also traffic illegal weapons. So what most mobs do, is that they buy them from other mobs as undercover members, and then they traffic it for a way bigger price. I must say, my mob is one of the main mobs that does that. We are also ruthless loan sharks. Just yesterday Heungmin killed the Boss of a way smaller mob for not paying us the 310 million KRW he owed us. Each member of Kultra has a list of every single member of every mafia near us. "Park Gwanjae" is actually Akiyama Hayato, a fellow Capo from Kasai. So what the plan for tomorrow holds is: We'll meet near the river in Suseo, then, just when I'm about to hand him the weapon, 5 soldiers will shoot from their hiding spots. Usually foreign mobs take a lot of soldiers, but they aren't well prepared, so it'll be easy. The ones you really have to look out are for the Chinese ones. Just a week ago Dāo were in Gangnam and my mob was freaking the fuck out, since Kultra is one of the most, if not the most famous mob in South Korea, and usually foreign mobs come at us, but thank God they went to Tietra instead. Any ways, they'll shoot Gwanjae and the soldiers, I'll stay with the 450 million KRW, and that's it.
Although, I do have to discuss this plan with the Boss and Underboss, cause no plan can be executed without telling them, that's a rule.
It's currently midnight, and I'm meeting Akiyama at 5, so I should go to sleep soon
Tomorrow's a big day, can't wait
