It's been four days of awkward silence. I intend on making this the last day. I knock on the huge ebony doors, knowing there will be no answer. I open the doors, to see Isabell at her desk, staring at a book. She's been on the same page since that night.
"Isabell?" I offer, setting down the tea I've brought her. No reply. "I... I have something I need to tell you."
She turns around, and gives me a glare. Her eyes are rimmed with red, and her skin has blotchy red spots. "What?" She demands.
"I think I love you," I whisper, looking into her pale blue eyes that are filled to the brim with emotions. Tears spill out of her eyes, and she looks so relieved. "I know I love you," I say, this time louder.
Author's Note
Hello! I'm sorry it's so short. I may try to make the chapters a tiny bit longer, but no promises. Anyways, hope you liked it, and have a great day! Bye!
