mari started crying during the fault in our stars. she so gorgeous even when she has tears streaming down her face. i wrapped my arm around her and held her tight. "mari?" "yes?" she says looking up at me. her eyes were shining because of her tears. she was so beautiful. i stared at her face for a long time. "why are you looking at me like that?" she said laughing. "you're just so beautiful" i said to her. she started blushing and covered her face in my chest. i lifted her chin up with my fingers and immediately connected my lips with hers. i felt sparks and butterflies. we pulled away and i said "don't hide when you blush. it's cute" then i finally said to her "mari, i've liked you for a really long time now and i want you to be mine. i want to protect you and be by your side at all times. even if you say no, which i pray to god you won't, i will still be there for you because i care for you. i love you mari. will you be my girlfriend?" she instantly nodded her head and connected her lips with mine once again.
