Fearing Rage

When all the leaves fall to black depths of the ground,
all the sounds in the world went silent,
as one leaf hits the ground I knew I was all alone.

Things with fear in this world moved slowly,
we wasn't safe of where we stood,
I will remember this time.

These leaves fell so slowly,
but it brought a storm over our head,
It's hard to believe I breathe within this storm.

It grew dark as these leaves change black,
I shut my eyes tight,
was this all in my head?

With every raging leaf moving past,
I knew no one could save my soul,
I must keep my spirit safe.

Everything was gone and silent to me,
the storm of leaves had pain just like me,
It made me fear to know.
