I'd just like to start off this by saying that this headcannon idea was not mine. Idea credits go to (I think) paralleltoparallel on tumblr. When I saw her thing, I cried and knew I had to write a small headcannon to it. So enjoy :D

Here I am. I Norway, all because of a dream I had, a dream of a very familiar voice whispering my name. "Rose."
The day of the dream, I woke up gasping. I knew it was him, my Doctor, the Doctor. So naturally, I told the only three people who'd believe me, because they'd met him. I told mum, dad, and Mickey. So they listened to my dream, and later that evening, we packed up and got in dad's Jeep, and we were off. Just like the dream had instructed, we followed the voice. And we traveled hundreds of miles, all because he was calling me.
I came back to reality. I was standing in the middle of the beach, looking around. Was this true? Or was this just another hallucination?
But then I heard it. The noise that doesn't sound quite like an engine, and not quite like the wind. I recognized it immediately, as only those with trained ears could. And then there he was.
He was wearing his striped suit and his trainers. Just like he always did. He was also wearing a smile.
Words, questions, exclamations bubbled in my brain and up my throat. But the first thing I told him was, "Where are you?"
He kept smiling. "In the TARDIS. There's one tiny gap in the universe left, just about to close. It took a lot of power to make this projection. I'm burning up a sun just to say goodbye."
"You look like a ghost." I said quietly.
"Hold on." he pulled out his sonic screwdriver and pointed it at something I couldn't see, probably the dashboard of the TARDIS. Slowly, his projection became less transparent.
I walked up to him slowly, raising my hand up slightly towards his face. "Can I t--?"
He frowned slightly. "I'm still just an image. No touch."
"Can't you come through properly?" I said, my voice quivering. I would not let the Doctor see me like this, crying. Not when we only had this short amount of time.
"The whole thing would fracture. Two universes would collapse."
"So?" I said, but I knew he couldn't.
He smiled again and I made a sound that resembled a chuckle.
We looked around, and I tried to manage the flood that was threatening my eyes.
"Where are we? Where did the gap come out?" he asked after a second of silence.
"We're in Norway."
"Norway, right."
"It's called Darlig ULV Stranden."
"Dalek?" he said in a slight alarm.
"Darlig." I corrected. "It's Norwegian for 'Bad'." there was a pause and I said, "This translates to 'Bad Wolf Bay'." we both chuckle but it dies out.
In a choked up voice, I say, "How long have we got?"
"About two minutes." he says quietly.
I ran a hand through my hair. "I can't think of what to say." we both laugh weakly.
The Doctor looks behind me at where Mickey, mum, and dad were standing. "You've still got Mr. Mickey, then?"
Suddenly, I freeze. He doesn't know. Oh god, he has no idea, he doesn't know, of course he doesn't know. He's in another universe. "There's five of us now -- Mum, Dad, Mickey...and the baby." I say after a pause. I wasn't sure to tell him, but I had nothing to lose. I give a little smile, one that represents all the heartache I'm feeling right now and have felt since me and the Doctor were separated.
He looks at me with sheer terror and sadness. "You're not...?" I knew full well that that was not the face of a man who thought the woman he loves is pregnant with another man's baby, he thought I was pregnant with his child.
And now we're trapped in parallel universes where they will never be able to reach each other. But I also knew that if I told him I was having his baby, he would have ripped both universes to shreds just to get to the two of them. And he couldn't do that, because he had to protect the universe and stay detached and nothing should cloud his vision. I knew that because I knew him better than anyone.
So seeing that look on his face, I laugh slightly and say, "No. It's mum's. More Tylers on the way." and seeing his look of relief is worth the lie completely.
Because, after all, they only had two minutes. And sometimes, a lie is kinder than the truth.

I am so so so sorry for that. For failing to capture what paralleltoparallel said and for ruining your feels. Oops. :)
