I saw Beau continue watching behind us and we walked down just a few stairs until I saw a glass door and many humans rushing past. I stopped and Lana stood at the door and looked at me.

"Come on, it's not dangerous. I'm all the time with you." Lana said and I walked out. Out there, so many smells, so many things to see but the same time, it felt dangerous. Very dangerous.

"TAXI!" Lana screamed, and a yellow car stopped right in front of me. I didn't know what to do so Lana showed me. It felt weird to move while we were sitting. Lana showed me a few places were she's gonna take me to: Statue of liberty, central park, Brooklyn bridge.

After a while we were at my new home. We came inside, it was beautiful.

"I have a room for you, I've never use it you can have it. Your own room. We have to buy a bed for you, and something else. But you can sleep on the sofa until you bed comes." Lana said.

"Umm... OK..."

"Oh my god!"

"What?" I asked Lana, who looked like I would be some kind of ghost.

"You need new clothes, and a bag. And stuff for school! Come on!" She dragged me to the street and we took a taxi, again.

We were at the mall and we were looking at new things, clothes, shoes, school stuff and things for my room. We was looking at a beautiful painting of jungle for my room and bought it and a man came.

"Hello Lana, is this the new student?" he said.

"Hello Mr. Freeman. Yes she is. Kimberly, this is your principal, Mr. Freeman and my boss."

"Hello Mr. Freeman, it's nice to meet you." I said

"It's nice to meet you too, Kimberly. If you didn't know, Lana is gonna be your new teacher. But I guess you knew?"

"No I didn't, are you a teacher, Lana?"

"Yes I am." Lana said and we said goodbye to Mr. Freeman.

"We need to go to one place before we take your stuff for your room home, come on." Lana said.

We sat down at a table, and Lana started to talk with a woman and fill some papers until my imagination stopped when Lana said:

"Kimberly, is it ok?"

"What?"

"I'm gonna be you mom, is it ok?" Lana said.

"My mom?"

"Yes that's why we're here."

"Yes, it would be nice to have a family."

"Great, you're a family now" the woman said, and it put a smile on my face.
