So I looovveeee Yuri on Ice. Many of you share the same passion that I do for it. I have so many ideas and theories and art (none of which is my own cause I can't draw) to share!
But first, let's talk about Yuri on Ice. I can easily say it's my favorite anime. And that's really hard coming from an Otaku (last warning if you don't like fangirlism back off) (lol that's the first warning). It might be a bit weird at times but it all makes sense in the end. SO DONT JUDGE IT UNTIL YOU FINISH IT. And by then my job will be done. I hiiiiighly recommend it. It is homosexual so if you don't like that either back off!!!
Some of you may like sports anime or gay animes. Let's look at Free!. Ok so Free! is a sports anime about swimming. It's kinda gay, but they tease you about it. In no way does this happen in Yuri on Ice. The ship is canon and that's that. No one can tell me otherwise, not even Kubo-Sensei (the creator). So let's take Free!... And drop it down the toilet. Nope goodbye you suck have fun swimming in sewage water.
All other sports anime pale in comparison to this anime. It's one of those really authentic animes that are super rare. The music is so good! (I bought history Maker on ITunes and listen to it every day). The character and plot development are soooo good. Let's just say if we combined all the emotions from all of the 12 episodes (so far) I'd explode. And in real life, I'd still explode.
But no, don't trust me, trust the reviews.

"So I've been hearing things here and there about this anime. A couple hours ago I decided I would watch it. I just finished episode 9. I can't breathe. What was life before this?"

Yuri on Ice was the most tweeted anime of the season, collecting 1.4 million votes.
The show briefly charted above Naruto as most popular on Crunchyroll. That's right. Naruto.
On iTunes, the full version of the intro, History Maker. Has 187 reviews all of them (except one) have 5 stars. I am not lying. And that one hater gave it 3 stars only because he didn't like the anime...
When the final episode of season one came out, so many people rushed to watch it. It crashed the site. YURI ON ICE CRASHED CRUNCHYROLL!!!
But here is the big kicker. Yuri on ice won EVERY SINGLE CATEGORY IT WAS NOMINATED FOR IN THE 2016 ANIME AWARDS. EVERY SINGLE CATEGORY!!! (Except for the overall anime of the year which will be announced on the 28th, and today is the 11th)
