To everyone suffering/overcoming sexual assault or rape, know that it will be okay and there are always people to help you. Every story is different but in a way it's always the same with the victim left suffering. I believe in each and every one of you and it doesn't matter how long it takes because everyone is different. Please don't push your friends and family away because they are the key to helping you and encouraging you to move on and be happy. Your true friends will always be there to help you so please stay strong and know that they would be very proud of you for getting as far as you have though the tough times.
