◎ describe yourself as you would a character in a fanfic:
she's always been indecisive, but as much as she'd like to change that-it continues to follow her, like a looming shadow. one moment, she is determined to follow her resolutions-the next, she breaks them as easily as breaking glass. the shadow continuously persuading her that she will never be able to fulfil them, so why should she bother in the first place?
as she sits at the corner of her sofa, she ponders when she will stop procrastinating and actually try to continue her essay. she is aware of the deadline closing in on her, but still, she refuses to listen to her conscience. it constantly pesters the brunette to stop getting easily distracted, that she was going to regret it-it knew how big of a shitfest that essay was.
it's due tomorrow midnight, you'll be fine. the devil on her shoulder waves off, with an air of nonchalance. the brunette nods in agreement, thinking, "how hard difficult could it possibly be? six hours will be more than enough."
internally, she's already in a panic, knowing that if she didn't stop procrastinating so much, this was going to come back biting her ass.
the brunette has always been like this. it was a habit-a terrible habit, she was well aware-but like they always say, bad habits die hard.
