~Maka's POV~

I woke up still confused on my strange day yesterday. I looked down at the scratch on my arm to see no trace of any black blood.

"That's strange..." I said. My words came out and turned into snakes that filled my room.

I tried to scream but nothing. came out. They hissed around me getting closer and closer-

I shot straight up out of my bed breathing heavily. This black blood must be giving me some kind if nightmares.

I looked around my room, terrified those snakes would appear I left my room and headed towards Soul's.

I felt like a kid again, going to my mom and dad's room after having a nightmare. Well that was before my lame dad became a cheater.

I creaked open Soul's door to see him spread out across his bead. I giggled a little before placing my pillow and blanket on the floor.

Just as I was about to lie down I heard Soul say my name, "Maka?" I looked over at where he lied.

"Uh yeah it's me."

"What are you doing?" He asked me.

"I was just having a bad dream, I belive the black blood is having an effect on my sleep." I told him quite embarrassed.

"Aw, don't lie on the floor I don't mind you sleeping up here." He said to me.

My cheeks flared, Maka it's not like he said anything dirty, he was just offering a place for you to rest.

"Uh sure, thanks Soul."

"Ah, it's nothing." He assured me.

I crawled onto the bed and pulled the covers over my cold legs.

Within two seconds Soul was fast asleeo again. He rolled over and wrapped his arms around me.

I would normally push him away, but instead I nudged my head against him, feeling the warmth of his body.

I dozed off to the Soul's obnoxious snoring.

~Soul's POV~

I woke up to see Maka lying in my arms. I smiled, she was so peaceful.

"Maka, wake up." I told her.

"I want to stay here." She said.

I grinned, "Oh do you now?" I said making her grab a book and Maka chop me.

"Damn okay." I said and she begun to laugh.

She layed back down, resting her head on my chest.

"Did you have any more nightmares last night?" I asked her.

"After I came here, no." She told me.

"The black blood can't be with someone so cool I guess." I said making her glare.

"I belive that just having the comfort of someone helps reduce stress, that might be a factor as to why I didn't have any more bad dreams." She told me.

"Damn Maka, speak english for once. I'm not that smart." I said laughing.

She looked down at the scratch on her arm. Her eyes seemed to widen.

"The blood, it's gone-" she said hesitantly.

"That can't be!" I said grabbing her arm.

But indeed, there was not a trace of any black blood. I mean I guess that's a good thing. The only problem is, how did it go away and where did it come from?

Maka pulled her arm away and smiled. "Well at least it's gone."

Damn, what a beautiful smile.

Um ye so uh. Hi. I'm really bad at these outtro things so um PRETEND IM SOME INTELLIGENT BITCH MMMMMKAYYY. Dear lord I need help. -Rye
