14. The True End (Part 2)

Sorry this took so long ;-; I just didn't have any motivation until now.

~Levy's P.O.V~

     We relocated to a different building to figure out our next moves,  Lucy told me that there was like an army of clones outside and that we need to figure out how to get rid of them and fast.

     "Do you think our plan is going to work?" Lucy asked me. I could tell she was worried.

     "I know it will work" I said that mostly to just reassure myself. I honestly didn't know if it would work. Natsu's clone might not have even given us the correct information. Or he could have been trying to just ensure that we failed. "Are you ready?" I asked Lucy and she nodded her head. Everyone else was doing something else that was needed for this plan. But I gave them false information. I told them a way that might not work, but I had too. I told Lucy the real way to get rid of them. I told all the girls, just none of the guys.

     The only way to get rid of the clones is to either kill the person you were partnered with, or you can destroy the person who created them in the first place (but that will be the hardest with so many clones protecting him), and the last way is to kiss the person you were partnered with. I only told the guys the first two options not the kissing option. We were planning on kissing them but it's really hard to tell them that. So we all decided to kiss them if it was absolutely our last option. I'd be fine kissing Gajeel but I'm just worried that after I kiss him he'll avoid me.

     Me and Lucy walked out of the building and looked around making sure to avoid any clones as we walked. We were heading to a different building to catch up with the others so that we can all look for the one who started it all. We were heading to the building that we knew he'd be in. Once there we opened the door and peeked in. It was too dark so see anything or anyone but we still went inside. Of course, it was a trap. When the lights turned on there our clones were, they were surrounding us. All except Natsu's clone. That clone was standing next to the one who started it all. At first I thought he betrayed us, I thought he purposely gave us false information. But once I saw him smile I realized it wasn't a smile to show he won, that he tricked us, it was a smile showing that we had the upper hand. A smile telling us to do it, that he was okay with the ending result. A smile. I sighed and gathered all my courage and whispered something in Lucy's ears. And turned to look at Gajeel and stood on my toes as I kissed him. His eyes widened and I was scared he'd push me away in disgust but he kissed back. He actually kissed back! We pulled apart in time to see both my clones and Gajeel's clones disappearing. Soon Lucy did the same with Natsu, and then all the rest followed until no clones were left.
 
      All that was left was the one who started it all. His eyes were wide with fear, as he backed away from us.

     "This isn't fair! This is not how it was supposed to end" he yelled. "I wrote this story! Not you! I stole this fanfiction from the writer. So it should end the way I wrote it." He continued to panic.

      "I have no clue what you are talking about." Gajeel said as he punched the guy in the face.

      "Hey I wanted to punch him first!" Natsu yelled. The two began arguing and me and Lucy both sighed. Erza just walked past the two and let them fight. She lifted the guy up buy his shirt.

       "Listen, you are going to be locked up for good." Erza said with a look of triumph. Even though it was all over I still felt as if something wasn't right. But I just ignored the feeling as I remembered the kiss. If what that guy was saying was true, then I'm glad that we had this ending instead.
