Bella stood in utter disbelief at the lifeless corpse in front of her. She had always believed that school was atleast safe from the violence of the outside world, but there would always be something to prevent her from truly feeling safe. And that dead body shattered any sense of being safe that was left.

She let out an ear-piercing scream, which alerted a group of students and teachers. The sound of panic filled the entire school, as parents flooded the building to pick up their kids. Bella's parents were dead, much like a good handful of others.

Bella was 14 years old, but had a mature face. Her bright blue eyes lit up her pale face, and her long chestnut hair complimented it. She wore torn up blue jeans, a grey t-shirt and hoodie and brown boots almost everyday, mostly because clothes was the least important thing of everyone's worries. She always had a gun on her, just in case.

She put the hoodie over her head, and left the building. She walked along the nasty streets, keeping a close ear for any gunshots. The fog was pretty bad that day, and Bella found herself having a hard time to get to her home.

In the distance, she heard footsteps. She immediately had a bad feeling, and started walking faster. The footsteps became louder, and she kept getting faster. She was eventually running. She found herself in an alley, with no escape. A figure kept getting closer and closer. Bella yelped out, "W-who are you?! Stay b-back!!" She reached for her gun, but didn't pull it out.

He got close enough to her where she could clearly make out the figure's features. He was a tall, skinny, but still muscular, man. He wore a heavy coat, and jeans. He had a stubble, and he was balding. His teeth were almost rotted completly, and he gave off a putrid smell.

"I don't wanna hurt ya, doll. I Just wanna keep ya. Be a good girl and don't make this harder than it needs to be." He hissed.

"Get away! I'm warning you!" Bella snapped.

He paused for a moment, and then let out a raspy laugh.

"Listen, you don't really have a choice here, doll. I dont wanna have'ta hurt that pretty face of yours, alright?"

Bella whipped out her gun and shot him in the arm.

"Y-you little brat!" He howled with anger.

Bella shot him again in the head. She sighed, put her gun back, slumped up against the brick wall, and fell asleep.
