Chapter four
The sound of rapid knocking wakes me from my slumber, groaning slightly I lift my head up and stare at the clock. “Shit.” I mutter under my breath as I spring from my bed to the door where I knew Daniel would be waiting impatiently, it was ten past six and I was late. Answering the door as quickly as possible I come face to face with Daniel, not the Daniel in my dream. I stumble for words on why I was late and realise I was in duck pjamas. I stare down and realise what the heck I must look like, bed hair, stinky breath. He brakes his intense angry face and smiles slightly at what I suppose was my appearance.
“Did you misunderstand me Miss Anderson I said six am.” I stumble out my fetish apology knowing I couldn’t make an excuse and as I close the door, I hear him distinctly say. “And nice pj’s.” I feel myself turn red, though I rush to the mirror ignoring it I couldn’t be any more late. So quickly I brush through my hair that seriously had a bad case of bed hair, brushed my teeth and slipped into some black leggings, converses and my over sized gym jumper. Opening the door I can see Daniel engaged in conversation with someone else, I feel my heart beat increase surley they wouldn’t make me and Gina do the punishment together, some sort of weird bonding thing. Though as they turn around I let out a sigh, it wasn’t her but as I stare at the guy in front of me I wonder if he would be doing the punishment with me.
“Lily this is Peter, Peter this is Lily. You will both be scraping gum of the tables in Mr Gigs classroom seems he’s had a spot of trouble with it.” I groan mentally, just great. I smile at Peter and he smiles back his eyes traveling down my body, checking me out I’m sure he wasn’t even being discreat about it. I walk up front with Daniel, becoming a bit scared of Peter’s weird obsession of looking at me with a look off ‘I want you for dinner’.
“Finish Romeo and Juliet yet?” I turn around from looking at Peter and stare up at Daniel, wondering what he had just said. He laughs huskily and his eyes gleam with amusement. “Still not awake yet?” I smile as in agreement, I couldn’t just say Peter is scaring me with his constant staring.
“Sorry I was late this morning.” I felt the need to apologise, after all this was a punishment and I would be surprised if he didn’t give me another one just for being late.
“It’s alright, takes a bit of time to get into a routine, just make sure it doesn’t happen again.” Smiling down at me as his hand accidently brushes mine.
“No problem.” The smile on his face was now forced and as I think about this I wonder what had changed him.
“Here we are.” He opens the door in front of him, the first thing I see when we walk in is a old man legs crossed on his desk, reading the newspaper, fag in mouth and a half empty cup of coffee at his side.
“Morning Victor.” Mr Gigs mumbles something of a reply back, through his fag.
“Buckets and scrapers are over there, take one each and get to work I will be back in a min just going to go get some caffine.” We oblige, and I keep my distance from Peter. We work in silence for what seems like hours, though soon Peter speaks up.
“I can’t believe you hit Gina!” I turn to stare at him, his face was in a smirk he sounded proud that I did. “You just don’t look the type, scrawny arms and all.” I feel my mouth drop open, I did not have scrawny arms. I realise all this time he had been sizing me up.
“I do not have scrawny arms!”
“If you say so.”
“I do.”
“I just still can’t believe it, don’t get me wrong Gina had it coming to her.”
“Of course she did, she started on me for no reason.” I say huffing in exhaustion.
