"Come on, dinner time." Cat heard a knock and a shout on her bedroom door, it was James. "Coming." Yelled Cat. She walked into the kitchen and asked, "So, what are we having?" "Le cassoulet: Rich meat and bean casserole." Layla said. Cats mother loved cooking foreign foods. "Yum." Cat said sarcastically. "Cool!" Jame, being the suck up he is said. "Twat." Cat mumbled.

"Cat!" John scolded Cat. "What?!?" Cat said innocently. "Anyways," Layla being the peace maker of the family said "I saw a library at the back of the house, why don't you two go check it out?" Cat instantly looked happy, but James, on the other hand, looked like he couldn't care less. "Oh, and I saw a basketball court in the backyard." Cats dad put in. And this got James excited. They both shoot up and run to the library and basketball court.

"Those two couldn't be anymore different could they?" Layla said to John. "No, no they could not." John said right back. Cat ran into the library, expecting it to be small, but it was anything but that. The library was huge! No, ginormous! Cat sat there gawking at it. The library looked as if it held all the books in the world in just that one room alone! Cat grabbed a bunch of books and started to read.

Then she heard a creaking and a scratching noise. She slowly made her way over to the place she heard the noise.
