" The time has finally arrived for us to say goodbye." It read on a wrinkled piece of mildly damaged paper, imprinted in scrubbed away black ink. "I will find you again, I promise... But considering your personality, you're probably going to find me first," She scooped up the paper which had landed on her bare cold feet. It was a note, the paper being seemingly quite antiquated and the words... The words, the atrocious handwriting somehow emitted a touch of familiarity. She summoned her memories, however the more she tried to remember where she had seen this handwriting, the more unfathomable she felt in trying but within her, the familiarity could just not disappear. She continued reading, ignoring her inexplicable feelings. "I know we will meet again and I know you will still remember me. My dear friend, love, comrade... My little Fraescii."
'Fraescii.' She thought.
There was a moment of silence, as she scanned the name over and over ceaselessly and then following the silence was... a gasp.
Her crimson eyes were wide open, burning with bemusement, remembrance and more confusion. She couldn't believe what her eyes brought her to. It was the last word... 'Fraescii'.
Fraescii— That was her own name. That was also the name of her great great great great great great great great great grandmother,  who's complicated life story was passed to each following generation, including to her. Fraescii was sure that some of the older generations had altered some information because when she had learned the story, she had to intensify the gullibility of her brain. It was just so implausible. To this day, Fraescii's great(x9) grandmother is still full of youth. Despite her real age, her appearance was young enough to make some people assume that she's in her teens. Unbelievable but it was true. As she was told while the passing of her great(x9) gramdmother's story, her great (x9) grandmother Fraescii was apparently forced into eating a pill of eternal life. Again, unbelievable but she had to believe it to reason with how her grandmother Fraescii could stay so young even after nearly 1000 years.
On the day of Fraescii's birth, her great(x9) grandmother immediately proclaimed her name to be Fraescii, 10 minutes after to was brought to this world. It was a surprising act to the relatives, as she had not spoken a single word while Fraescii was in her mother's womb. This behaviour had never happened to anyone else in the family, thus caused great gossip and commotion amongst the relatives, as they consider Grandmother Fraescii as a clairvoyant/ prophet of the family.
At this point, Fraescii was just beyond confused. With her conscience debating between whether this note was a hoax or a real note, destined to be in her hands today. Magic was another option in Fraescii's mind. Ever since her birth upon Earth, she knew that within her seemingly normal (despite her great (x9) grandmother) family buried secrets that she had yet to discover. Another inexplicable occurrence is that for more than a thousand years, her family always had a girl that would always be born second after a son.
Fraescii stared at the note. A piece of paper that stirred up unnecessary confusion within her head, causing her to spend her valuable time on such an unreliable matter. However Fraescii couldn't help but stare at the note, the handwriting, the words... It was all too uncomfortably warm.
