"Are you feeling better?"Fallenfeather asked.
"I'm not sick or crazy,"Lionfur rested his head on his paws.
"I'm not hear to give you herbs,"The medicine cat snorted.
"Then what are you hear for?"The ginger tom asked.
"Webfoot wants to see you,"Fallenfeather reported.
"Ok,"The tom grunted as he got up.
Webfoot was standing in the middle of the clearing his amber eyes watching Lionfur intently as the tom padded up to his leader.
"So when are you going to moon pool?"Lionfur asked.
"Tonight,"The leader stated.
"Why are you waiting that long?"
"Because of hunting reasons Amberclan won't let us cross over their territory and the route across Mistclan territory is too long,"
"Ok I understand, so what did you call me here for?"Lionfur asked.
"Stormclan doesn't need cats who can't clamp their mouths shut,"Webfoot
meowed.
The ginger Stormclan warrior nodded.
"So you will have to be doing the elders bedding and taking care of them instead of the apprentices,"
"What? But that's an apprentice duty,"Lionfur meowed.
"Not anymore no it's for you,"Webfoot replied coolly.
"For how long?"Lionfur sighed.
"Until we figure out who murdered Leafstar,"
"Wait a minute were did that come from?"Lionfur muttered. The ginger tom finally looked into the leaders eyes and saw that they had a red gleam in them as well which quickly faded.
"We think you might be a suspect,"Webfoot meowed.
"But that's impossible Starclan says specifically in the prophecy that I'm supposed to protect the clan not end it!"Lionfur explained.
"Starclan is just a bunch of cats who want attention and think they know what's best the corrupt young cats minds and they turn into murders or suspects like you,"Webfoot sneered.
"You don't have any proof or know that I'm a suspect?"Lionfur's pelt bristled.
"You killed Frostpelt and Honeyclaw,"The leader shrugged that all the proof I need.
"But the killings weren't done the same way!"The tom protested.
"You could have done that to get the clan off track and once the clan agrees you will be executed,"Webfoot stated.
