Axels's POV.
while Iris was telling whats been happening to her for the last 6 months i found myself felling instintly furious to the basterd that she callled a father. Who in their right mind make someone else suffer when they are feeling the exact same thing but making them feel worse? when she finnished i think she thought i was going to run for the hills because when i hugged her tightly she stiffend but she relaxed moments after and i said "Im so sorry this happend to you." and she hugged extremly tight but i didnt mind i think this is the first time she has told anyone this. While i was thinking to myself i heard her basicly a whisper "what am i going to do?" i breathed in heavily and said "Well you are diffinetly dont going back there." and i started thinking where would she be safe the safest place she would be right now is with me. and then it hit me "Well if you want i can cheak with April and she if you can stay with me?" she gave me a weird look and said "i cant do that id feel like im inruding and whos April?" i chuckled and said "well Aprill is my anut sort of and im living with her and trust me if she was me right now she would be dragging you home." Iris giggled slighltly and said "id still feel like shit though." i repilled " dont feel like shit she always said there needs to be more girls around." and i gave her a smile and stood up and reach out my hand to help her get up she gradully took and gave me a sweet smile and said "Thanks so where are we off to know?" I replied "Well its almost 6 so heading home sounds good Aprill would be up by now" and i gave her a happy smile and she had a bit of a worried look but followed me out of the cementary.
It took around 10-15 minutes to get back home a surely Aprill was up because i could see the kitchen light on and usully at this time she is making food for her little boy Danny he is only 4. soon as Iris and i walked in the door i saw danny watching spongebob on tv he turned slowly and basicly yelled "Axeie" (he cant say Axel proply yet) jumped off the couch and ran to hug me "Hey Dan" and with that he instantly looked to Iris and simply said "Hi im Danny" Iris giggled and said "Hi im Iris" and she put out her hand and Dan shook his head and fixed her hand into a fist pumb and he said "Pound it!" bumbed her fist and make a whoosh sound and Iris did the same. Then Aprill appered from the kitchen and said "Another dre- oh hello" i stated "Uhh April this is Iris." iris looked shy but said "Hi its a Plesure to meet you"and took out her hand and Aprilshook it ans said "Its a pleasure to meet you to" then gave me a questioning look but said "Would you like a hot choclate or anything you sure look like you need one?" "Yes please can i have a hot choclate please, if it isnt to much a bother." Iris said with a cute look on her face. "Its not a problem my dear. Axel would you care to help me?" simply said sure and said make yourself at home to Iris and made my way to the kitchen and be prepared for the question i was about to get from April.
"So..." Is all she said while i was boiling the kettle i was about to speak but was cut off "What happened to that poor girl?" i simply repilled with "Alot" April gave me a stern mothering look "How did she get all those bruises?" "Her father" i stated so argry i almost punched the wall." I told her that she can stay here for a while and id run it past you because her home wont be safe for her right now. So could she stay?" There was a bit of a silence untill April asked "How old is she?" i simply knew she told me walking here "18" April gave me a sad look but she smiled slightly " of corse she can she is legally an adult but i will talk to her " and with that we walked in the lounge room where Danny and Iris were laughing to a episode of spongebob "Hot choclates ready guys" i simply said and Iris turned around and gave me her sweet smile agian and said "Thank you" and we sat down talking well not really me but Aprill was just asking Iris simply questions while i was thinking about everthing that has happend to me and that i have to go to school. i let out i loud sigh and look over to Aprill and waitied for her to finnish her converation and asked "Do i have to go to school?" i gave her a sad look and she laughed and said "Because of the surcumstances nope." i saw the smile Iris gave me and smiled hugely and thought on how are we going to get all of Iris's stuff?
