I winced from the sudden light from the open door of the cell. A smooth angelic voice made me think I was in the heavens." Alice, honey are you alright?" my angel worried. "Fine, don't worry my angel" I managed to say. "My love I will get you out of this hell right now. It's on fire dear but I will give my life to make sure that you live on." I didn't reply I was still in shock from hearing it's on fire. He must have sensed my anxiousness because he immediately said" natural, it's not an arson, my love." quickly but swiftly he took me out of the chair ripping the bindings off with ease. He cradled like a newborn baby." Are you my angel, the one with the graceful steps?" " why of course Alice, I have been watching you for years, waiting for you to call out for me but you never did, probably the asylums fault, not yours of course my love." Even after he said that I still managed to feel guilty. My skin suddenly stinged from fresh air. I haven't felt fresh air since I was 8. Wait that makes it 9 years. I never realized I had been in the asylum that long. Apparently my savior can read minds because he said "time goes faster when you're asleep 67% of the time Alice."" Oh" was my smart comment back." Can you read minds, are you like physic?" he chuckles. "somewhat, my name is Edmund, Alice. I am a vampire." Oh, wait, VAMPIRE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
