You hadn't quite gotten used to using the new camera , but you basically knew what to do with it . Barry had to answer a few questions every now again which made you feel like a nuisance , but he always assured you that he knew you were trying your best . It never helped when Dan didn't know how to use the camera either , but it always made you feel better when he would make jokes to lighten the mood .
Everyone knew you were trying your best and everyone was proud of you . You weren't proud of yourself but you kept telling yourself you would get there , one day . After fiddling for a few more minutes , you finally got the camera just how you wanted it .
" Okay , we're golden ." You said as you steadied yourself in front of Danny and Brian . " Sweet ." Danny chirped . He was such a cutie . Come on , focus . You guys were shooting a snippet for a Ninja Sex Party announcement that would air before a game grumps episode . Danny positioned himself in his laid back stance , the one that was just his , the one that made your heart feel warm . As he spoke , you couldn't help but smile . Not only was he funny , but he was just so damn attractive .
Ninja Brian swung in and out of shot flipping off the camera , you gave little direction , Danny giggled at Brian's antics . You really didn't have to do much except for make sure they were all together . They were the magic . " Let's take it from that last sentence , right after Brian did that double flip-off ." You weren't crazy proud of yourself , but you knew you were good at directing , and you knew what you wanted . Brian gave a quick little thumbs up , and Danny started again .
" We love you all from the bottom of our hearts , we appreciate you so much ." Dan truly did love all his fans , you could feel it when he spoke . " And uh yeah , we think you're really cute , with your cute faces . Your really hot faces , you hottie hot pants ." He made eyes contact with you , not the camera , and you felt your ears get hot . " Super attractive ." Danny winked at you , and you felt your entire heart explode . What the fuck . He realized his mistake shortly after, and he started stumbling on his words .
" I sorry I didn't mean to I mean I did but to the camera I'm it was an accident I'm sorry ." Brian looked at Dan , then to you and squinted at you both . You pulled the corners of your mouth down , and did a little head shake . Say something stupid ! " Um ... it's okay , did you want to ... do it over ?" Brian waved his hand a bit . " It's good let's just finish it off ." You raised the camera again and noticed Dan couldn't look at the camera , or you , he just looked at Brian as he spoke . He flicked his gaze to the camera at the last minute to wave with one hand , the other in his pocket .
" Alright we're good ." You lowered the camera and shut it off , when you looked back up Danny had already walked out into the hall . Brian walked over to you and fist bumped you . " You're doing great kid , keep at it ." He patted a hand to your shoulder and leaned towards the side of your head . " Your secret's safe with me ." You felt your face with the back of your hand , and you knew you were blushing hardcore . Setting the camera at your work space , you dipped out into the hallway and cautiously glanced around for Dan . He was nowhere , thankfully , so you leaned against the wall and exhaled . God damn that was cute .
You palmed your face against your right hand , trying to get over your silly crush . Quit being stupid , stupid . Danny appeared out of practically nowhere , smacking his hand against the wall above you . It startled you , but not enough to make a yelping noise , thank goodness . He was almost too close to you , craning himself down over your small stature . " I know that was an accident but ... I meant it . You're really cute ." The warmth in your face intensified as you looked up to him . Say something ! Stupid ! " Yeah well ... you have a cute face too ." He half grinned , sending what was left of your heart into a spiraling void .
" Nice ." His voice was so smooth , it was hard to imagine he has previously been stuttering just a few moments earlier . With his other hand , he nudged the bottom of your chin with a curled finger . It's official I have no heart it's gone woosh . " Call me sometime ." He turned and walked back down the hall while you stared at the opposite wall , eyes wide and face beating . You wondered how you were ever going to pull yourself together . And then your next fear hit : How am I ever going to call him ?
