Chapter 13

(Alex's POV)

"Bruh." Erinn said falling back into her chair. "How did he find out?" "Well he kinda overheard us talking one day. Nothing about our plans or anything. He just heard the end of the phone call." I explained. "Wait, he knows not to tell anyone right? Like, especially the boys 'cause that could put everyone in danger." Nia said. "Yeah he knows that he isn't supposed to say anything, but you never know." I told them. "Erinn, I think it's time. You've been gone long enough and now that Louis knows, they definitely aren't safe right now." said Soni. "Ok ok ok. Give me a few days. A week at most. I'll be back. Nia I'm flying you out tonight to help me come up with something and to talk about this Niall thing. Alex I need you to make sure Louis doesn't say anything. Christia and Soni, make sure those children don't burn down the house. And try to keep them happy. I'll see you guys in a week." Erinn said and hung up. "I guess we should head back now. But we need to get food first, because taking care of them is going to require a lot of energy." Christia said. "Alright. Let's go."

(Niall's POV)

I still can't figure out why Nia ran off like that. Nothing I can think of would have made her run out the way she did. When she said she was going to get more food, I thought that would take a few minutes not hours. If it wasn't for a few fans posting pictures of her out with the other girls, then I'd be out there looking for her right now. I guess I'm just going to have to talk to her when she gets back.

I walked back to the house I shared with the guys only to hear people shouting at the Tv. "Hey, Niall. What are you doing back? I thought you and Nia were spending the day together." Louis said noticing me first. "Yeah so did I, but it looks like she had other plans. I'll tell you guys about it later." I said sitting flopping onto the couch. "Ni can I talk to you upstairs?" Liam asked. "Uugggghh. But I just sat down." I groaned. "Come on. It'll only take a minute." he said walking towards the stairs to the in-home studio. "Fine." I said getting up. "If I'm not back within an hour, then Li has killed me and is trying to hide my dead body." I said to Harry, Lou, and Zayn, and earning a smack on the head from Liam.

*in the studio*

(still Niall's POV)

"Okay so what did you want?" I asked. "What happened with Nia?" Liam questioned. "I don't know. One minute we're watching old cartoons, and the next she's running out of the door." I said frustrated. "Well why did she do that?" he asked. "I don't know! That's what I've been trying to figure out for the past 3 hours!" I exclaimed laying on the couch. "Okay well walk me through what happened and we can try to figure it out together okay?" Liam said taking a seat across from me. "Okay. First we were watching cartoons, as you already knew, and then we started having a moment, and then she stopped and I asked her what happened and she said, 'Nothing let's just watch the show', and then I asked her to tell me when the show went off, and the she said she was going to go get more snacks, and then she ran off and now I'm here." I said in one breath. "So when you guys were having a 'moment', were there any words said." he asked. "Uh,um, well she uh, she called me Daddy." I told him quietly feeling my cheeks turn red. "Okay that was something I could have gone without hearing. Is there anything else? Maybe something you said? Preferably PG-13." "Oh sorry about that. Um, I can't remember anything. All I remember saying before she stopped was..."I trailed off. "Oh no. No no no no no no. This can't be happening." I said jumping up and pacing the room. "What? What happened?" Liam asked standing from his seat. "HOW COULD I BE SO STUPID?!!" I yelled. "What?! What'd you do?" Liam asked coming closer to me. "I told her I loved her." I said sitting back onto the couch. "Okay what's the problem? You do love her don't you?" He questioned sitting next to me. "Yes of course I do. The problem is that she didn't say it back. Maybe it was to soon. Maybe she doesn't love me back." I said putting my head in my hands. "Come on Ni. It's Nia we're talking about. You guys are crazy about each other. Of course she loves you back." "What if she doesn't Li?"
