The next few weeks were bliss. We hung with our gang, including our newest member, El, who is Alex's girlfriend. I make fun of him for that, and I'm pretty sure Peggy makes fun of El. In return, however, Alex makes fun of me for Peggy. I don't mind so much, because every time he does, I just look over at Peggy, who is usually laughing at the rest of us, and suddenly it isn't an insult. Peggy is defying her mother once more, and it seems like there are new relationships are springing up all around us. Angel has been hanging around John, and a girl named Maria Reynolds is now following Herc wherever he goes. Herc is very gentle when she was around, and EVERYONE knew he was sweet on her. She is as innocent as can be, and she was immediately recruited into the squad. She mostly talked to Herc, who she had a crush on... so everything was going alright. The end of the year finals were coming up, and summer was coming fast. I had a terrible, but excited feeling that something big was going to happen before the summer let out...
