It was another typical morning in the orphanage and it turns out that I am actually turning 18 next month. Ugh. Everytime I go look at myself in the mirror I just cannot understand why my parents would leave me here? Why did they not like me? Where did I come from? All I see in the mirror is my annoying reflection, my light gray eyes and jet black hair. I have dimples on my cheeks and I'm pretty sure I look pretty slim, like a stick or something.

All the orphanage lady wanted to know when I first got here was my name and height, which I seem to not grow and 5'3 seems to be a short height for an 18 year old girl like me, and my name "Alex" it's basically a boys name! Why the heck would some...

Why the heck would someone name me "Alex." The day goes by basically the same. Ugh. My life seems to be waisted in a jailed up prison with many kids that basically were left by their stupid arrogant parents or relatives. Why would people leave their children here? Why would they not be responsible and make these children happy?

Alex: All I know is that I am gonna get out of here and live my life next month-

( I went to my room and layed down in my bed staring at the roof thinking, what am I expecting in life?)

Soon I here someone say something, I looked at my side and saw Jay. She is my 12 year old roommate that basically looks like an adorable child. She has natural long dark brown hair and light green eyes.

Jay: Sooo, are you having fun leaving your clueless body alone in this prison cell.

Alex: Well-if you actually have a better activity than this why dont you mind sharing?...

Jay: Well if you dont mind risking whatever you have left on a little project Jessica and I are doing....

(Jessica is basically a girl who is turning 18 in 2 weeks because today is April 15, 2017. She is another dark brown hair girl who has aquatic eyes.)

Alex: What kind of a project?

Jay: Well it turns out Jessica does not want two more weeks to leave this Orphanage. She actually wants this day to be the day we leave this place.
