My 5 over protective brothers

Chapter 2

I sat in Michaels office bored, he was marking papers my phone buzzed in Michaels draw and he looked at his closed draw, I was nervous it was out of three people because my brothers all knew I didn't have it and Michael texted Ethan and one of those people would make him flip out.

It was 5 minutes till the bell rang for first class and Adam came in
"Adam why are you here?" I asked him
"Maddie, you can go get your stuff but, you must stay with Adam" Michael said, really this is how it's going to be, my brothers have to escort me around. I got up and walked out with Adam.

When we were walking Chase came up to me
"Where were you?"
"Sir's office I got detention, and grounded, at the same time" Chase looked confused and I realised he didn't know Michael was my brother, suddenly Adam put his arm around me and pulled me to his other side, away from Chase
"Go away" Adam said to Chase
"Adam!" I yelled but no one was listening to me Chase gulped
"Are you her brother as well?" Chase asked Adam and he nodded
"Sorry" Chase said walking off, now he is never gonna talk to me he will be scared to even come in a 10 meter radius of me. I got everything I needed and headed to my first class with the one the only Michael, he was my teacher twice for English and PE and I had both of those today. Chase was in both of those classes but Michael never noticed him.

*MICHAELS POV*

I teach Maddie twice today, and you bet I will be keeping a close eye on her, she doesn't excel in my classes but she doesn't fail but I've noticed lately she's been distracted by something or someone.

"Come on class" I said while my students where filling in when Maddie walked in she was talking to someone, she was explaining something, she looked so cute when she was focussed and I couldn't help smiling but that smile quickly disappeared when I saw it was the boy, Chase Smith,
"Mr. Smith" I called he looked nervous so I could tell he knew I was Maddie's brother
"Yes sir?" He asked after approaching my desk
"Do you know who I am?" I asked I needed to know if he knew before I went ballistic
"Your one of Maddie's brothers" good he knew I nodded and he gulped
"If I as much see you looking at her, I'm coming for ya ok. Now this isn't school this is personal, got it" he nodded quickly and walked off I looked at my class as they where still filling in but I saw Maddie sitting up the back starring at me angrily, she knew what I was doing then I saw Chase sit next to her I watched him and he didn't look at Maddie, she kept trying to talk to him but he wouldn't respond. Maddie stood up and walked over to me.

"What did you say to him" she asked when she got to my desk
"Miss Grey, that is private" I said and she shook her head
"Mike, I know it was personal, and not school related I'm not an idiot" crap
"Maddison I'm not calling you an idiot, and as your brother I don't have to tell you anything. Now go sit" she got angry
"I wish you weren't my brother" she snapped and walked back to her seat, I watched her walk away.

"Alright class we are changing the seating plan" I said as everyone was in their seats Maddie starred at me with a sour look.
"Alright this is your new plan"

Yes I purposely put Maddie and Chase the furthest away from each other.

After my class was over Maddie came to me, everyone was gone and I knew she was prepared to speak loudly
"Was putting me at the front of the class closest to you a coincidence or on purpose?" She asked, I stood up and started doing things around the classroom but she followed me
"Mike why aren't you answering me" I didn't want to talk to her I was still hurt about her saying she wished I wasn't her brother
"Miss Grey, I'm busy if you want to talk to someone talk to a brother you wish is still your brother" I replied looking at her, she looked shocked, and then looked down at her hands
"Mike, I didn't mean it" she whispered
"It sounded pretty convincing. Your going to be late for your next class I expect you in my office at break" I said walking back to my desk and wrote a excusing note so she wouldn't get in trouble.
"Take this in case your late" I said handing her the letter, she took it and walked out.

*MADDIES POV*

I was shocked Michael never really got upset but I guess I hit him in his soft spot. I got to my next class before the teacher got there so I didn't need Michaels note
"I'm sorry I didn't talk to you in English" Chase said standing in front of my desk
"No I'm sorry, for them all being like this" he smiled
"It's alright I can deal with 3 brothers"
"5" I said correcting him
"You haven't met Luke or Ethan" his eyes widened
"There's more?" He asked sitting next to me
"Yeah Luke he's 17 and Ethan is 19" I said looking into his beautiful eyes and my heart started to melt he was so cute
"Wow" he said pulling me out of my trance
"I know, it's annoying" he nodded and our teacher walked in.

After a long class the bell rang and everyone in my class left and Me and Chase walked together
"Wanna sit with me?" Chase asked
"I can't I have to sit in my brothers office" he looked sad
"Oh yeah" he said we stopped in front of my brothers office
"See ya" he said and hugged me.

I opened the door to Michaels office and he was talking to someone on his phone
"She's here" I had a feeling it was Ethan
"See ya Eth" and he hung up the phone
"Was that Ethan?" I asked him, I was hoping he wasn't sad anymore
"You can sit in that chair over there, and be quiet" he said pointing to a chair in the corner I sat down and looked around. It was 5 minutes in when I spoke up
"Mike I'm sorry" he looked up at me
"Maddie, quiet" he said looking back down at what he was working on
"No Mike I'm sorry, I hate seeing you sad what I said was uncalled for and I'm just sorry" Mike looked back up at me and took in a deep breathe
"Thanks Maddie but I need you to be quiet" he looked back down and I just started counting sheep. About a minute later a phone started ringing
"Are you gonna get that?" I asked
"It's not mine" He said looking up at me
"Then who's is it?" I asked curious
"It's yours" he said looking at me, I was expecting him to ignore it and go back to working but he didn't he just kept looking at me
"What?" I asked he opened the draw and took out my phone and looked at my screen he  looked mad,
"He has your number?" He asked showing me my phone screen and I could see a lot of text messages and a couple of missed calls from Chase. I gulped I had given it to him about a week before my brothers unforced all the rules.
"Maddie were we not clear about the most important rule we have? NO BOYS ON YOUR PHONE!" I just looked at him he put my phone back in his draw and slammed it
"You better be prepared for tonight" he said to me, and he was probably right it was going to be bad as far as my brothers knew they were just gonna check my apps that's what they usually do but this, they're probably go through every inch of it.
