[ GAZE ]
There was once a tiny, green alien who loved to secretly watch and follow you from afar. This daily routine has never changed. Like today.
You stopped by the forest again to collect a basketful of flowers. While you were off skittering about, the little alien's stare lingered on your form from behind the Oak tree he was hiding in. He gazed silently in admiration, watching you picking up a white flower before sniffing it.
"The Chrysanthemums are beautiful this morning, aren't they?" you slyly inquired, sniffing the flower once again before gently putting this away inside your basket. You then shot the little critter a small glance, cheekily grinning big.
Scared for life, the alien squeaked before retreating back to its hiding spot behind the tree. Abandoning your search for flowers, you stalked all the way to him and sassily placed your hands on your hips.
"Come'on, there's no use hiding," you dryly stated. "You've been caught red-handed. Now reveal yourself!"
You sneaked behind the little thing only for it to screech, ducking down to dodge your grabby hands before making a run for it.
"Hey!" you called back in annoyance, quickly chasing after the dang thing. "We're not finished yet! Come back here!"
