After conflicting with Blake, he left me, and told me to wait for him while he did a few things.

I'm officially blindsided by him. Considering its so damn hard to forget how he tenderly kissed my forehead as he left. It was like liquid fire, that set my body burning for more from the simple contact. Gosh damn it, he was so gentle with me. While Jasper; so harsh. How in the world are those two friends?

I let out a breath i didn't know i was holding, and I began pacing around in a circle waiting on Blake.

Now I know Blake said they weren't friends, but i'm not blind! I know he is keeping something from me. The thing is... what?

I heard the bell ring above me, signalling what was supposed to be my first period was now over. I huffed out a breath.

Students flooded the hallway, and entered new rooms before the late bell rung. Those normal people shouldn't have gotten a good life handed to them on a silver platter...

A platter full of happiness. And companionship. And love.....

Id never find that. Its just the way things are.

"Hey, I cleared everything up for us" I looked up, and saw Blake, with my things slung over his shoulder, and his stuff on the other.

He handed me my things, in a gentleman manner with a sad smile. I think he felt  bad about  before.

"For you"

Taking my things from his hands, and slinging it over my shoulder, I thanked him quietly.

"Also to let you know, I talked to Mrs. Sparks. You know, the lady I introduced to you this morning?"

"Course" I said, remembering her motherly character. She was a sweetheart.

"Well I made a deal with her, and she said she would hack the school attendance and say we were here all day, if we promise to come back tomorrow" He put his arm over my shoulder trying to cheer me up. We walked to the exit, me in a hateful yet calm mood.

"I'll be sure to thank her later" I said lowly.

I grabbed his arm from my shoulder, and took it off of me trying to be as gentle as possible. Hurt flashed throughout his face, as if he understood, and he hung his head low.

I still didn't forgive him one bit. He knew this. And I was still captive with him about what he couldn't do to help me.

I heard Blake sigh sadly.

Then as sudden as a strike of lightening, a strong male chuckled loudly from in front of us. We both looked up, and we both reacted with amounts of fear.

Jasper.

"Aww, has Blake been rejected?" Jasper's smug voice chuckled in front of us.

I heard Blake growl angrily, which scared a part of me, and he pushed me behind him defensively.
