The last thing that was on anyone's mind was having to fight against each other--the Avengers were on two sides for the same reason. To do what was right. And what is right anyway? No one can figure it out, no matter how hard they think it over.
Tony chose to start the fight against Steve and now, choosing two sides is harder than ever. Who was on the wrong side and who was on the right one? Tony or Steve? Yet, they chose sides anyway.
She took a drag of the cigarette between her lips and held it in her lungs before slowly exhaling. The light gray smoke flew out ahead of her, mixing with the air as it faded.
"The entire thing is stupid." She mumbled, staring at the city below her father's building.
"Miss. Stark, your father is home. He wishes to see you." Friday spoke in the same robotic monotone.
Dylan took another drag before ashing the cigarette in the ash tray next to her on the balcony's edge. "Okay. Thank you, Friday."
Footsteps echoed from inside the living area behind her. Tony stepped through the open sliding, glass door. "Hey, kid."
"Dad," Dylan said, turning around. "You're home earlier than I expected."
Tony nodded. "Well, it wasn't hard to recruit a teenager."
Dylan raised an eyebrow, looking past her father to spot a teenager around her age, standing in the middle of the living area, gawking at everything. She looked at her dad again. "I can tell. The poor kid looks absolutely lost."
Tony looked behind him before he looked back at Dylan. "No, not lost. Amazed."
"Mr. Stark, this place is amazing." The boy said, grinning as he walked toward the two.
"Thanks, kid. The entire building runs on the same thing that keeps me alive, metal shrapnel." Tony said, turning to the boy.
Dylan got her pack of L&M Menthols and took one out, lighting it with her black lighter. She took a drag before blowing it toward the brown haired boy. He looked at her as she blew the smoke and he waved it away from him before smiling at her.
"Hi, I'm Peter Parker." He introduced himself, putting his hand out.
She smiled, taking another drag of her cigarette and blowing the smoke at him, again. "Dylan Stark."
Tony looked at Peter before speaking. "Now that everyone is acquainted, why don't we go inside and sit down?"
"Yeah, that sounds great." Dylan said, stepping between them, walking inside.
Peter looked at Tony, raising an eyebrow. "She doesn't like me, does she?"
Tony huffed a breath. "She doesn't like anyone like I do."
"Like father, like daughter." Dylan said from inside.
"She seems...nice, though." Peter said.
Tony looked at him before shaking his head, walking inside. "Shut up."
"Was it something I said?"
