Chapter one - first sight

Katie's pov -

I was at Santa Monica in Los Angles with one of my best friends, Ally during the summer. Me and Ally lived together in a small apartment in LA. We moved there a few months ago. We were tanning and I sat up and went on my phone. I looked up to see two guys about my age, (21) they put their stuff down right next to us. I wanted to meet new people and honestly they were both pretty cute, but one of they was extremely hot. I stood up and said "hey I'm Katie." The curly haired boy looked up at me and responded saying "hi I'm Jc, and he's Kian." Then Kian looked up at me, his eyes widened at the sight of me. "Hey." He says.
I say that I just moved to LA and Kian quickly asked if I wanted them to show me and Ally around. I really liked these boys and I agreed to go with them.

Kian's pov -

Me and Jc decided to go to the beach for the day. When we got there we set up our stuff next to these two girls. One of them in a black bikini came up to us. She was so hot she took my breath away. I knew I had to get to know her so I asked her if she wanted to hangout with us.
We stayed at the beach for an hour and then me and Jc took Katie and Ally to look at all of the shops. I told Jc to talk to Ally while I got to know Katie. She had long brown and blonde ombré hair and the most beautiful green eyes. I had never seen anyone that beautiful in my whole life.

Katie's pov -

Kian and Jc took me and Ally to go and shop at the little places near the beach. Jc and Ally started to talk, which left me and Kian to just talk to each other. We began talking about ourselves and I told him I wanted to become a hairstylist and hopefully open my own shop. He told me he was a YouTuber. We couldn't stop looking into each other's eyes. "He has the most beautiful brown eyes." I thought to myself. Later we exchanged numbers and I put my name in as "katie💘" in his phone and he put his name in my phone as "kiki❤️" we both looked at our phones, and then we looked at each other and smiled.

After shopping Kian invited me and Ally over to their house. Ally had to go back home to get ready for work, she was a waitress but she was also doing online school. I wasn't busy so I agreed to go back to their place.

I talked with both of the boys for a while, we just got to know each other more. Soon after Jc had to go over to a friend's house, leaving me and Kian alone.

Kian saw that I was cold in my damp swim suit and took me upstairs to his room. He gave me one of his shirts to wear. "Wanna watch a movie?" He asked. "Sure. What movie?" I asked. "How about tangled? It's my favorite movie...I know I'm lame." He said a little embarrassed. "No you're not lame, I love Disney movies." I replied.

We then lied in his bed watching the movie when all of the sudden we were cuddling. I felt so warm and safe in his arms. I knew I found someone special.

Kian's pov -

Me and Katie were cuddling on my bed watching tangled. I wanted to kiss her so bad. She was so beautiful, so funny, and she had an amazing personality. I slowly leaned in close to her lips, she lifted her head up slightly and we kissed. Then it quickly turned into a make out session. I never felt this much of a connection with anyone I've ever known, let alone just met. Then I sat up and said "Katie, I've never felt such a connection with another human being in my life that I do with you. Will you be my girlfriend?" I asked. Her face lit up. "Yes, of course!" She exclaimed. I was so happy.
