This was my fifth year in Santa Carla with the weirdest brothers you could ever ask for Edgar and Alan, and there was one way to sum them up,they had vampire fantasizes. Me, on the other hand, weren't much into it but they insisted that they lived in the caves of Santa Carla and came to the boardwalk often.
I just started my senior year of high school tiring to just get through this year without my brothers embarrassing me again, even though everyone knew about my brother's fantasies. When I finally get home I ended up going up stairs to my room and started the homework I had, like usual my brothers came right through the door and had to distract me.
"Hey, so we got a new comic book today," Alan said very slyly as he made his way into my room.
Edgar followed behind him with a big brown cardboard box half full with comic books. I closed my textbook and notebook and sat up.
"What kind is it this time, another Superman or Batman?" I stated sarcastically because we definitely had enough of those.
"No!" Edgar said loudly slamming the box on my desk.
"It's vampires everywhere I can't believe they made a comic about vampires, maybe if you read it you can understand what Alan and I are always talking to you about." Edgar finished,
"Well maybe if you talked about things that actually existed I might listen," I said picking up my stuff and walking downstairs.
Man, that has been ten years since they were obsessed with hunting vampires, when will they quit? I thought. Picking up my work and taking my studies elsewhere. However, that's where I saw that small group of six that changed me for better? Worse.
