*Chapter Three

Your and Toriels foot steps echoed through the chilling empty hall. Her grip on your forearm has not loosened a bit. Great egg white columns have fallen down, dead vines that were climbing up their still remanded on them.
Toriel pulled you towards a large spike trap. Dry blood was around this area. You gasped.
Toriel glared down at you.
"Child there is nothing to be scared of. If you listen to me you won't get hurt." Her words were flat, no sense of emotion. She was being completely serious on this.
You went and forced yourself to go closer to Tori, afraid of what would happen if you didn't move. Your legs seemed to have weights attached to them. You made it to her side and he took your hand and walked into the next room.
The room seemed to be a spike trap but she easily maneuvered through it. At the end of the room Tori discovered Floweys chard steam and snatched it away.
"HEY!" You shouted out grabbing the burned remains.
She glared at you.
The ice cold glare sent shivers down your spine and you let go, scared.
She smashed the stem in one hand and set it on fire.
You almost cried out but Toriels gaze made you think twice.
"Why must you try to save such a lowly creature." Toriel asked to nobody and dropped the ashes on the ground. She used her foot to wipe them away.
"Why do you always interfere." She whispered.
You were mortified. She just burnt an already dead living thing. She didn't show any signs of remorse. How sick.
The monster moved to take your hand but you quickly moved away.
"Come on child take my hand."
There was no way in hell you were gonna do that. It was shaking hands with the grim reaper.
Toriel looked over your stiff body and sighed. She drew her hand back over her head.
"This is for your own good."
A loud smacking could be heard as your world turned black.
-1 hour later-
Your head seemed like it was on fire. Moving your head you looked to your right. A wall. You moved your body into a sitting position and inspected the area you were now in.
The room was dimly lit and it resembled a kids room. Childish drawings littered the walls and plushies where on the side of the bed. The room seemed to be an almost orange color. The bed you were currently in seemed worn. Like many other people have slept in this same bed.
You moved yourself off the bed. You noticed that their was some blood stains on the comforter. Your arms felt stiff.
They were covered in bandages, more than necessary. Turning around a bit you saw a closet and decided to snoop around a bit. Your hands wrapped around the smooth door handles.
You pulled open the doors only to reveal a ton a old somewhat battered up cloths.
Their didn't seem to be one certain style. It was if somebody just tossed 15 people's wardrobes into one closet. Looking closer you noticed that most of the cloths were sewn back together in places and covered in dry blood.
You gulped.
In this room you felt like their was more than just you.
Closing the closet and never to open it again you say a hoodie abandoned on the floor.
It seemed to be a red and was darker in places. It has some patches on the arm, one a large W and the other a science joke you didn't get. The parts that were darker where sewn up.
"You their."
You jumped where had this voice came from, it wasn't Tori.. You looked to the wall and saw a shadow for a kid.
"Listen I really don't have much time to talk." the shadow said
"Who are you?" You ask the shadow.
They sighed.
"I'm the owner of that hoodie on the floor, but that doesn't matter." They snapped back.
You took a step back from the snarky shadow. They must have noticed you're worried expression.
"Look i'm sorry. I was an idiot for saying that.." The shadow whispered and seemed to hug themselves.
"But if that old hag keeps you here you're going to die here... and end up like all of these other kids."
You shake.
"Wha-."
The door burst open causing light to flood into the room, the shadow kid was gone.
"Oh my child you're up already?" Tori said excitedly.
Your stomach twisted, they way she said it was like a loving mother.
Toriel smiled a wide smile and walked up to the red hoodie.
She bent down and picked it up showing it to you.
"You're probably cold only wearing that shirt this will keep you warm!"
The goat monster forced you into the dead child's hoodie. It was just your size. Though it was uncomfortable since somebody DIED in this thing.
Toriel patted your back and led you into a hallway into a living room with a table.
"That hoodie was a gift from another child. I thought it would look adorable on you!"
Did she dress all of the other kids in dead kids cloths? That horrible thought came to your mind but you quickly shook it off.
"W-what happened to that kid?" you asked shakily as she sat you down on a chair.
Toriels gaze went dark for a moment.
"Well they were much smaller than you and the hoodie was over sized. What happened to them well they ran into the wrong person... But that's what happens to children that BREAK the RULES."
//This book is set where Sour apples oc has died so this is after all of that in the comics. And i'll draw a photo for this soon enough
