Chapter 2

RACHELL

I woke up to a knock at the front of Caley's and I small apartment door. I looked over to see caley still asleep and  threw the covers off my body as the cold air crashed unto my skin i was wearing some shorts and a sports bra. I went to the door and cracked it opened so the person wouldnt see most of my flesh that i had out i had just gotten up and my eyes still hadn't adjust to the person standing infront of me.

"Well damn bitch dont just stand there" My bestfriend Diamond said to me barging in and plopping on my plush couch. I knew it was her by her voice.

"Diamond what the hell are you doing here at" i paused to take a look at the clock in the kitchen and back at her "At seven o clock in the damn morning" i said whispering and screaming at her careful not to wake Caley.

"Well you know how my mama and daddy goin out of town today " she paused and i nodded my head yes and she continued"Well they didnt want me in the house by myself because of what happened last time so i volunteered to stay at your house my bitch" she said smiling thats when i rubbed my eyes to see that she had about 3 suit cases with her.

"Umm does it look like i have space for you in here" i asked waving my finger in the air and giving her much attitude.

"Chellll" she whined "I dont have anywhere to go" she said bouncing up and down in her seat. Diamond was like me in many was we were both raised in the hood with broken families even though she has both of her parents they argue like hell. she was 5'2 so she was really short with light blue eyes she had a big ass and small breast. Her mom is white and puerto rican and her dad is black and indian so her honey blond hair is super long it stops at the tip of her butt when its straightened but its naturally curly she could pass for a Caucasian women. She came Harlem when she was 2 and has been ghetto ever since she funny as hell though and is  ride or die.

"Well yo ass should of thought about that when you threw that big house party" i said sticking my tounge out at her

"Yo ass wasnt complainen when you was drinkin all my rum" she mumbled under her breath ass she looked down at the floor

"What did you say" i asked

"Nothing Chell but pleaseeeeeeee" she begged again

"Fine but your ass sleepin on the couch" I said rolling my eyes and heading to my bathroom

"Thanks i wuv you" i heard her say as i turned on the shower

"Mhmm" i said as i stepped in "Hey how long are you gonna be here any way Diamond" i asked washing my face

"A month" i heard her say

"What the hell" i screamed pushing back the curtains on the shower "Bitch you better be gettin yo ass a job cuz this food  electricity bill and water bill aint free shit i already work 2 jobs as it is" i said pulling the curtain back and washing my body again

"I am dont worry" she said

I washed my body for another 10 minutes and stepped out wrapping my towel around me and heading to my sink to brush my teeth i then lotioned my body and went into my room with my towel still wrapped around me and looked through the drawer me and Caley share and picked out a pink and black matching lace pantie and bra set and slipped it on before i slid on some ripped jeans and a red polo shirt with my red and black lebrons my two black diamond studded earrings and put my hair in a messy bun. Then woke Caley up

"Caley baby get up" i said nudging her lightly she stirred a little bit and sat up in the bed rubbing her eyes

"Why are you waking me up so early Chell" she asked

"Because i have to go to work early today mama did you forget" i said putting her shoulder length brown hair behind her ear as she shook her head yes. "Well go get in the shower ok" i said gettin off the bed as she followed and walked into the bathroom as i went to our drawer and picked her out some white pants and a yellow polo shirt with her yellow belt and her polo boots.

I walked out of our room to see Diamond leaning laying down on her back scrolling down her instagram as i made my way to the kitchen. i went to the fridge and pulled out bacon eggs and grits and started cookin when i was done i made 3 plates and sat them on the table.

"Ohh girl that look good" Diamond said sitting down at the table and picking up her fork

"I bet it do" i said laughing and walking into the room to see Caley fully dressed "Time to do your hair" i said walking over and grabbing everything i needed. When i was done caley had a bun on top of her head with a bang to the side i also grabbed her some diamond studs off the drawer then led her to the table where her food was. To say i love my little sister was an understatement i treat her like my own.

"Alright lets go yall" i said getting up from my seat and putting pur dishes in the sink for me to come back and finish and grabbing my phone . "Go get your bookbag Caley" i said opening the front door, normally we would take the bus but since Diamond is 18 and has a car. we rollin in the honda today.

We pulled up to Caley's  school and i kissed her goodbye as she got out the car and made her way inside. Caley drove me to the mall just as i was about to get out Diamond stopped me

"Chell you really need to go to school you are very smart and can be very successful you just need qnd education" Diamond said with concern in her eye

"Diamond if i dont work who's gonna take care of Caley who's gonna pay for her clothes and her food and her school and her doctors appointments....nobody.... ill go to school when im ready.....and ill call you later ok." i said getting out the car and making my way into foot locker clocking in and getting on my position at the cash register and thats when i saw him....Raydell he was lookin fine he was wearing some army fatigue pants a red shirt red and black lebrons and a miami heat snapback with black doamond studs and a black diamond studded rolex watch with a gold chain around his neck i was starring at h so hard i didnt even know that my phone had buzzed in my back pocket indicating that i had a text message.

Raydell: you know its not polite to stare but you so fine ill let dat shit slide ;).

Before i could text back somebody cleared there throat in front of my desk i looked up and saw Raydell with his fine self

"Excuse me mam but im looking for a real bad ass chick she bout your height and same skin complexion, her name is Rachell but i Call her Chell cuz im special like that" he said as he winked all i could do was laugh

"Raydell what yo special ass want" i said with a huge smile

"I wanted some shoes but then i saw you and now i want a date" he said leaning down putting his elbows on the counter

"Oh really" i said following him and putting my elbows down on the counter to making our faces inches apart as i stared at his big pink lips.

"Really" he said licking his lips witch sent shivers down my spine

"Well how about at 7 i get off of work at 6 and i can get Caley a babysitter

"Thats fine wit me lil ma just know ill be there he said kissing my nose and walking out the store empty handed.

I just sat there and thought about his lips on mine and how this date would go........
