Dean, You're Such An Asshole

April's POV*

I walked into Dean's room where he was sleeping. I didn't want to wake him up, I simply just came because Roman told me to. I honestly have no idea why. Dean and I haven't spoken since we made peace with each other. Roman walked in and he was smiling.

"Why do you look so happy?" I asked him.

"Me and Brie got engaged last night." He said and a grin instantly found my face.

"Roman! I'm so happy for you, congratulations!" I whisper shouted, giving him a silent hug so we wouldn't wake Dean up.

"Thanks, and I wanted you to come here because JoJo is here and she asked about you last night." He told me.

"Oh, I missed her. But why do we have to be in the hospital?" I asked him.

"Well.. She doesn't know what happened between you and Dean. She thinks you guys are still together and I don't want her to feel bad." He said.

"Roman! Come on, you know I'm not gonna fake being with Dean. I can't do that." I frowned.

"Yeah I know.. But maybe you could like explain to her that you and Dean aren't together anymore in a happy-ish way." He said, looking at me for an answer.

"You can't really seem happy when explaining that.. But fine." I sat down in the chair next to Dean's bed.

"Mm. Good morning." Dean lazily spoke, not opening his eyes.

"Hey Deano, Aj's here." Roman spoke and Dean kinda shot up.

"Ow shit." He said, grabbing his side in pain.

"Well hi to you too." I said.

"Sorry, I wasn't expecting you to be here." He told me, relaxing back again.

"I didn't expect to be here." I shrugged.

"Dean, JoJo is gonna spend a little while with you guys while me and Brie go celebrate with her family. Aj's gonna explain to JoJo a few things that have happened and that y'all aren't together yada yada yada, blah blah blah. Just go with it." Roman explained to Dean and he nodded.

"Well alrighty then." Dean said.

Brie and JoJo entered the room and JoJo ran up to me, hugging me tightly.

"Aunt Spider!!" She exclaimed.

"Hey princess." I smiled.

She released me and I gave Brie a quick hug and said congratulations. Roman and Brie left shortly after and it was just me, Dean, and JoJo.

"Are you guys gonna get married like daddy and step-mommy?" JoJo brought up.

"Oh um.. Sweetie, me and Uncle Bad Man here aren't together anymore." I sat her on my lap.

Her face dropped, "Why not?"

"Well erm, sometimes.. People date and then they fall in love and then something can happen and it can change everything. And then they realize that maybe they weren't right for each other." I looked at Dean and he shrugged.

"Does Uncle Bad Man like Aunt Pinky?" JoJo asked me.

Dean almost fell out of the hospital bed.

"What? Pfft, no... Why?" Dean said, not too convincingly.

Who is Aunt Pinky?

I gave Dean a very confused look and he tried avoiding my gaze.

"Who is Aunt Pinky?" I asked JoJo since I clearly wasn't getting an answer from Dean.

"Sasha." She smiled.

I nodded slowly. He does like her.. Good for him... I guess.

"Uncle Bad Man has a crush!" JoJo shouted.

"So does Aunt Spider." Dean said.

"What?" I asked.

"I know you like Aj." He said.

"Who's that?" JoJo asked.

"My friend." I told her.

"Doesn't seem like just a friend. She totally has the hots for him." Dean whispered to JoJo but loud enough that I could hear.

"That his so not true!" I lied.

Of course I totally had the hots for Aj. But this is getting awkward. Why is he pushing this so much?

"Liar!" JoJo exclaimed while laughing.

I glared at Dean and he had a smirk on his face. I rolled my eyes at him.

"So maybe I kinda like him, so what? You have a thing for Sasha, we both moved on. Jeez." I said, folding my arms.

"Well I feel like maybe we haven't moved on completely." Dean said and I stood up.

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"I know you still have feelings for me." He said.

I scoffed, "Oh really now? Are you sure its not the other way around?"

"Positive. I see the way you look at me. You still have that look in your eye like on Christmas." He said.

"Why would you even bring that up if you didn't have feelings for me?" I rolled my eyes.

"Obviously because I'm trying to prove a point here." He sat up a little more.

"Dean, you're such an asshole!" I exclaimed.

"Hey! That's a bad word!" JoJo yelled.

Ah, fuck.

I actually had a lot of fun writing this one. Hope ya liked it. Aj and Dean were on fire! That got real bad, real fast. Roman's gonna let Aj have it for cussing in front of his daughter, and oh man he'll be getting on them both for fighting like that. On the bright side, its officially been confirmed that Aj likes Aj and Dean likes Sasha (Even tho it was obvious)?
