So, yes, perhaps all of them had indeed gotten in quite a lot of trouble from the incident of yesterday.
If the cold silence rolling off of Soojung like waves as she lead them through the hallway didn't tell them enough, it had to be the collective feeling of dread coursing through all of them. Of course, people like Sehun and Momo were calm like they always were in notably dire situations, but that was most probably because they weren't the ones leading the charge yesterday.
Irene, too, was surprisingly calm, but it was definitely the knowledge that she didn't cause all means of destruction that had kept her that way. Either that or she had to stay calm so that the bumbling Taehyung next to her could stop panicking as well. Awfully considerate of her when one considered her usual persona in battle, but the pair were a happily dating couple, so Yeri couldn't really say much in that end. It's not like the relationship she had could be called much of a relationship yet, anyway.
Taehyung wasn't clinging to Irene as much as Yeri thought he would, though, seeing him walk to Sehun after giving his girlfriend one last peck to either talk to him or annoy the hell out of him. Or both. It made her glad to see that he was still indeed his own person without traumatizing all of them with him and Irene's incessant PDA.
Sowon was nonchalant as ever as she uncaringly eyed her polished nails, though the excessive twitching of her right eye gave Yeri an inkling that the girl was probably more angry with Junhoe than anything else, if the narrowed eyes directed at him didn't give her enough hints.
Yeri couldn't really understand why they both were here since they weren't completely involved in the gang's awesome kicking-assfest the day before, but considering how Joy told her that they both were near each other when the intruders attacked, a heated argument must've caused more collateral damage than originally intended. At least, that's what she could conclude anyway, considering how much Sowon hated Junhoe's guts.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, Junhoe was talking with a few of his spirits, three of which Yeri had never seen before. They must've been quite new, since she had never spotted the boy summoning them until Sowon's accident in Mirage Bat. Amongst the group of spirits, she could make out the image of Jinhwan and Hanbin hovering near him, eyebrows knitted as they discussed something in hushed voices.
Oddly, Yeri noted that Junhoe appeared more serious than usual, but she opted not to call him out on it as he seemed quite occupied with conversing with his spirits. She knew that the boy had disappeared into Julius Academy's hotel floor just yesterday, so perhaps it had something to do with that. Or whatever.
Turning her head to glance up at the taller Joy walking right next to her, Yeri found that the girl seemed expectantly nonchalant, which wasn't really surprising coming from the happy-go-lucky girl. Even yesterday, when they were being scolded by BoA, the girl wasn't as scared as the rest of them first years were. Then again, seeing as how Joy spent most of her first year in Vestus being a mischievous prankster, pissing off Miss Kwon must've been considered quite normal from her. She wasn't very afraid of Myungsoo either, so either this girl was awfully courageous or awfully insane. Though when Yeri gave more thought about it, both statements were most likely the case.
Wonwoo, from Yeri's point of view, was...jittery, so to say. Contrasting to Mina, who was cheerfully talking to Momo about a convertible her father was getting for her (Akademian rich kids, seriously), the teleportation user was blankly staring ahead of him into the distance as sweat formed on his clasped palms. He was even managing to ignore Yugyeom's incessant chatter about some newly released action movie, which was an achievement, to say the least.
