Dreadful Mistake

This is just a one chapter thing! A.k.a a short story :P

It teaches people what drugs, skipping school, and alcohol does to you. I hope this changes anyone's mind who's ever considered it or is doing it. There's always help. Don't give up and be strong.

And I'm doing a bullying one sorta like this later on.

Dreadful Mistake.

Cecilia's POV

"So what did you do in school today, Cecilia?" My mom asked as she poured some peas in my plate for dinner.

"It's school, what do you think?"

"Cecilia, you know we don't like that attitude," My Dad said in a warning voice.

"Right, sorry," I apologized.

"Nice apology," My brother, Matt said sarcastically.

"Shut up, no one needed your opinion!"

"Cecilia Kate Martins! Get to your room this instant! Attitude like that is not acceptable at the table! You know better," Mom hollered.

I got out of my seat and stomped up to my room. What attitude? I'm only like this at home, where I can be myself. At school, I'm really shy and would dare go near 'The Group'.

The Group is a group at school, full of people who smoke, do drugs, drink alcohol, you name it. 

No one goes near them, because everyone knows they screwed up their lives, and us people with brains don't want that happening to us.

 I did have friends, but only a few. No guy friends though. My friends' names are Lacey, Jessica, and Mariah.

I only have one brother, Matt, and a sister name Penelope who's married and has two children. Penelope is eighteen and Matt is seventeen, while me being fifthteen. Yes, Penelope is a slut. Her oldest, Kayden, is almost three, and then she has Madison, who's six months.

"Come back down once you behave!" I heard my Dad yell.

"Maybe I don't want to!"

"Excuse me?" My mom yelled.

"I said kay!"

"That's better!"

I rolled my eyes. Man family can be annoying.

"Cecilia! Come down here or you're not getting a ride!" Matt yelled.

"I'm coming!" I yelled. I hate when Matt does this but he can be like this.

I walked downstairs and headed towards the door where Matt was standing, looking annoyed.

"Slut," Matt muttered.

"Asshole."

We walked out and into his car and drove to school silently.
