Chamile Pov
Me, Michael, Luke and Calum has been bestfriends since we could remember, or since I could remember. We all been going to the same school for years now. Michael is the oldest out of us three. Then it's Luke and Calum, and well then there's me.
It was a sunny day in June and I really didn't have anything to do so they had just came over. We were all in the living room watching some stupid show they all like. I mean I don't hate it, I just don't care for it.
I got up and went for the kitchen. There was still pizza left over from yesterday. To be honest I was getting sick and tired of it. We practically have it almost every day. The boys love it so much. I opened up the refrigerator and grabbed some water.
The boys usually turn there heads when I do. I'm guessing it's a really good episode or something.
I walked back to the couch and sat in the same spot I got up from. Twisting the cap off of my water and as soon as I did Luke moved his arm and I spilled most of it on me.
"I'm so sor-" Luke said but I stopped him from saying the rest.
"It's fine." I get up from my spot and went to my room. I got a fresh new shirt and skinny jeans. It was only 12pm and I'm already having bad luck. I'm just glad it's Saturday and we have no school today. Then it would be just hell.
After cleaning myself up I went back downstairs and saw the boys fighting with each other. It wasn't anything too serious. It was a game they were playing or something. When I got to the bottom of the stair case they were all staring at me. It felt kind of awkward to be honest.
"Um is there something wrong." I try and get them back to normal.
"Um no it's just yo-" Calum tries to speak but then goes back to staring.
"You look hot." Luke says, as he blinks.
"What these boys are trying to say is, you look beautiful Chamile." Michael says while punching both Luke and Calum in the arm.
It made me blush for some reason. I know I shouldn't have a crush on my bestfriend but I couldn't help it. I don't care if things go bad because I'm always going to know that there always going to with me no matter what.
"Thanks guys but you really didn't need to say that."
"I know we don't but you really are." Michael said rubbing the back of his neck.
Luke and Calum went back to sitting on the couch. They were flipping through the television to find something new to watch. Michael walked over to me in the kitchen.
Michael hasn't been the same after his last girlfriend. She was horrible to him, and I mean really horrible. She cheated on him with a more success guy. I hated her guts to be honest. Michael deserved so much better then that slut. I'm not saying it should be me but he is pretty cute and funny.
"So, what are you planning on doing today." He asks me like he already knows the answer and he does.
"Oh nothing really just the usual, eat and hang out with you guys." I gave a half smile. I hate being really awkward around him.
"How about we do something different today. Maybe go to the mall or to the beach." Michael smiled really big and it almost wanted to make me smile.
"Yeah that sounds like a great ideal Michael." Luke said.
If Michael wasn't in my life I would be lost. He's always the fun one of the group. He makes everyone seem cheerful when he's not. He's had a pretty messed up life. I just wish I could just hug him and tell him every thing is okay. Michael went back over to the other boys and they started play fighting again. Boys will be boys I guess.
