Star was sitting in the corner of the couch with her headphones in listening to music on her phone. Star was a 5'4 in a half, kinda chubby looking girl with blue hazel eyes, dark blond hair to her shoulders, and blue glasses. She was wearing a baggie Marvel Hoodie with baggie sweatpants. "Star can you take out the trash?" Her mother yells from another room as Star ignored her as she turned up her music and started reading her Harry Potter book. "Star!" She yells once more Star finally answers "I can't I'm reading." She says as she turns a page. "Now Star!" Her father yells from another room. She sighs and closes the book aggravated taking out her headphones and shoving them in her pocket. "Alright." She grabs the bag and walks downstairs of the flat to outside she sighs putting trash in the bin looking around and mumbled to herself "I finally get to move to London and they have to he with me. Still, it is beautiful here..." she used to live in the crappy part of New York till her mom found money in the mail by someone unknown. They gave into Star wanting to live in London. Guess they felt bad or they just wanted to move here. She calls from inside the door "I'm going for a walk!"
"Already!? We haven't even been anywhere but here!"
"Mum I'm 18 I think I can handle it!"
"Fine but only around the block until we get used to living here!"
Star groans "see you later!" She closed the door behind her and started to walk her mind deep in thought. She bumps into someone an apologizes snapping her out of her thoughts.
"Are you ok Miss?"
"I'm fine thanks." Not realizing that she had tears forming on her eyes.
She sits against a Café in a corner looking around at all of the sights. "It's beautiful..." she wipes her eyes trying not to cry. She doesn't know why but she starts to break down trying hard to cry silently to herself "there are so many people here." She said to herself wiping her eyes looking at the ground. She takes out a map she didn't know how long she was walking. "I wonder if I could see the Sherlock museum from here." She looks at the map not really understanding it. "Uh...." she gets up and tries to ask someone for directions. "Ex- excuse me? Can someone help me?" She says shyly.
A man walks up to her with a smile "where do you need to go love?"
"I was kind of hoping to see the Sherlock museum."
"Oh you're american?"
"Yeppers." She said.
"Well then just turn down this road and keep going for bout a half a mile you won't miss it. I take it you know the address?"
She nods.
"Good. I must be off. Cherio!" He walks away.
"Thank you!" She yelled and started walking.
" Cherio? Do people still say that?" She said quietly with a smile.
She walked the path the man said and sighed in relief once she saw it. "T- this is it..." she stood on the sidewalk looking at the door amazed. She loved Sherlock Holmes. She especially loved the movie and shows. Except the American one. Somehow it didn't feel right to her. She starts getting all excited jumping up and down like a little kid "Yessss." Just as she was about to go in she gets a text from her father.
"Come home now."
She grunts trying not to cry angry  lowering her hand and texted him back. "Coming." She put her phone back in her pocket "fuck you too dad." She mumbled as she touched the 221B sign on the door "next time." She sighs and starts to walk back home putting her ear buds in listening to music.
