Jacob said goodbye for them both. And a few minutes later called over a waiter as Troye poured sugars into Timothy's untouched water.

They ordered burgers and milkshakes and went back to staring at each other in the mirror and eventually conversation.

"He shouldn't have asked you those questions. They weren't relevant."

Troye grumpily nodded. Still a little pissed and maybe a little embarrassed about what he said.

"You know I'm not apart of this right?"

Jacob for a second paused and Troye looked away, accepting defeat. Jacob cleared his throat and played with his fork.

"He just didn't know."

Troye dropped the whole packet into the water and turned to Jacob. He looked teary eyed and so broken Jacob almost couldn't bear looking him in the eyes.

"And you do right?"

Jacob nodded quickly this time, pulling Troye's hands so they wrapped around Jacob's waist in the small space between the backrest and the table. They say there like two high schoolers hanging around at 3am.

Jacob leaned down and let his lips rest for a long time on Troye's forehead. He felt the warmth of his skin pulsating through his lips and warming his mouth. He lifted barely off the skin still feeling the warmth rushing past his lips.

"I know you're not. I trust you."

He didn't see Troye's giant smile or the tears that were still building behind his eyes. No one ever believed in him like Jacob did and he was getting emotional all wrapped up in Jacob's arms.

"I trust you too."

"Good. Good.Good.Good. Trust is the first step to a proper relationship."

Troye pulled back. All signs of anger gone as if Jacob looming over him like a blanket dragged all his sadness out and let it disappear into the atmosphere.

"Is that what you want with me Jacob? A relationship?"

Jacob nodded thumbing Troye's cheek. He never felt more comfortable with another human being and he could help himself as Troye leaned into his touch.

"I want everything with you. If that's what you want."

Troye nodded, his hand pressed up against Jacob's holding it in place as if he would fall apart if Jacob removed his hand.

"Are you confessing your attraction for me in a diner? I thought you were Mr.Romance?"

Jacob smiled leaning forward and kissing Troye's lips very slowly, dragging the bottom lip out with his teeth a giggle escaping Troye's mouth as he leaned back and smiled.

"Setting doesn't matter when I'm with you."

"Look at us. An office blowjob and now this. I really rubbed off on you."

Jacob smiled wiggling his eyebrows at Troye

As their food was set before them. Jacob got a chocolate milkshake and Troye got a vanilla one.

"You can rub up on me any day."

Troye covered his blush with his hands laughing at Jacob's awful expression. Jacob smiled tasting his milkshake and then pushing the straw over to Troye. Troye took a sip and moaned.

"That's fucking amazing."

Jacob smiled sipping at the milkshake happily.

"These are like crack. I think I've spent over a million dollars on milkshakes."
