My Boyfriend's Secret

Chapter 1

Danica's POV:

I live in a two bedroom apartment with my 3 year old little brother Jasper. Our parents died in a car accident when Jasper was two months old. Jasper doesn't remember them at all. Jasper thinks I'm his mom, I can't bring myself to tell him that I'm not his mom. I'm his sister. I'll maybe tell him when he's older.

It's hard living on my own with Jasper. I work part time at my local Dunkin' Donuts. My best friend Taylor gives me money every month to provide things that Jasper needs but I don't like taking money from him. Anyway, let's get to what you really want to read.

I wake up to Jasper climbing up my bed. I look at him and smile.

"Goodmorning my love" I say and kiss his forehead
"Goodmorning mommy" he says with a smile and kisses my cheek
"Ready to go to school?" I ask
"Noooo, I wanna stay here with you!"
"But baby, I have to go to work. I promise we can go out for lunch after school and maybe you can beg Taylor to take you to the park. Okay?" I say to him
"Okay!" He says loud and runs to his room. I laugh a little and get ready for work.

I go to the kitchen and make us some breakfast. A few minutes later Jasper comes and sits at the table. I set his plate of food and his juice. After he's done. I wash what needed to get washed. After we walk down to my car I buckle him in and drive him to school.

Taylor's POV:

After I picked up Jasper from school and Danica from work, I decide to take them to the park. We had such a good afternoon. But things went down after we got in a fight about her ex. So I took them home. I'm now sitting on my bed worried about her. *ding* I look down at my phone and see it's a text from her.

Taylor...I'm sorry I got mad at you today. Forgive me? please. I need my best friend. I don't want to lose you.

To Dani😍
You'll never lose me Danica. I'll always be there for you and Jasper. I just want you to be safe Dani...Goodnight beautiful. I love you.

I lock my phone and close my eyes and try to sleep.

Danica's POV:

I sigh and start to tear up. I can't lose Taylor. He's always been there for me and for Jasper.

I get up from my bed and go to my dresser. I get out the hoodie he gave me and put it on. I slightly smile because it smells just like him. I hear knocking at my door and I go open it. Ans I see someone who I haven't seen in a year.

"What are you doing here? How did you find me?" I ask
"I missed you baby girl"
