I groaned as my iPhone alarm made an ear piercing beeping sound.

I don't want to go to school but atleast I have friends

I did my usual thing, had a shower, got dressed grabbed my bag. And an apple and my lunchbag and left the house.

I arrived at school and greeted my new friends and sat around the table they were at

"Hey guys"

"Beunkas gone huh?" I asked

They all looked at each other and fumbled around whispering to eachother

"Yeah, Jai really loved her" Trent frowned

"As I could imagine" I tried lightening the mood

"Beunka was a bitch anyway" Jai frowned standing up

"What!" Luke choked

"She doesn't think long distance will work.."

"What" Now Trent choked

"Beunka told me last night." Jai passed over his phone allowing us to read the message

'Jai. I know I've done wrong by you so many times but I don't want this, us anymore. I feel as though we need to take a break from eachother this whole long distance shit never works I'm sorry Bee xo'

"That's a bit harsh" Alex furrowed his eyebrows

"So" Luke coughed breaking the few minutes of silence

"I tried my best to be a good boyfriend" Jai straightened up and clenched his teeth

"Jai don't worry about it man!" Trent tried to lighten the mood

"I honestly don't care anymore!" Jai screamed walking off

"He'll come around" Georgia smiled

"Ye-" I spoke just as the first lesson bell went

"Everyone grab a partner and grab one of these sheets, were going to work on melodys and pitching" Mr Mitchell's smiled handing around sheets

"Eryn!" Jai called Across the room

"What if I don't want to go with you?" I joked as he went to sit in the chair beside me

"Well, tough luck" Jai smirked passing me the blue sheet in his hand

"Sorry about Bee" I patted his shoulder lightly

"Nah it doesn't matter anymore, I knew it would happen and I guarantee she will find someone in Melbourne better than me"

"You never know" I frowned

"Hey wanna come over tonight with the gang?"

"Yeah sure do you have a phone?" I smiled

"Yeah why?" He furrowed his eyebrows

"So I can text you?" I laughed

"Oh duh" he smiled unlocking his phone and opening contacts I did the same

"I'm going to write 'Erynthesickest🙈'" I laughed typing my number in and handed him back his phone

"I wrote LordWaetford" He cracked up laughing at himself

"Your so cocky!"

"Waetford sounds cool, it's like waet waet waet ford Waetford" I laughed sounding like I was rapping

"What the hell!" Jais laugh echoed in the classroom

My phone suddenly buzzed

LordWaetford: 'hey Erynisthesickest'

"Oh god I gotta change that!" I laughed

"But The Lord says no!" Jai jumped up pretending to be big and tough.

"Your such a lameo!" Georgia suddenly sat down beside us

"Ms Brooks and Mr Waetford, great that your having fun but tone it down!" Mr Mitchell's called

"Suckers" Georgia stuck her tongue out

"Loser!" Luke laughed pushing me off the edge of the path.

"This is abuse!" I joke nudging him back

"Yeah Animal abuse" Trent muttered

"I heard that!" I gasped

We turned on the little path and walked up the driveway.

"Hey Jai what street is this" It looked familiar.

"warren why?"

"I live two houses that way!" I laughed pointing to the right

Schools to the left

"No friggin way!" Alex called

"What!"

"You live in that epic house!" Trent gasped

"Hey guys!" A Middle Aged lady smiled opening the larger front door

"Hey Alana" they all smiled stepping through

"Oh hello dear, you must be that new girl Jai was talking about"

"I'm Eryn" I blushed shaking her hand

"Mum" Jai warned giggling

"Let's go upstairs!" Trent barged upstairs

we all ran upstairs and into Jais bedroom

"Thanks!" Jai laughed flopping on his double bed.
